Then She moved out hoping to meet him on the way but he wasn’t there.
Here, what confused me is that, she has clearly mentioned EVERYONE had left but later as she continue speaking, she again stated that she was dropping her friend too when she found both the accused and the victim sitting together on the roadside.
Also, I believe no one would go away and simply leave her husband as well as the other woman like that; sitting and flirting by the roadside at night.

I guess that this incident took place based on mutual consensus between the two. And It is pretty clear, the word 'rape' has surfaced only after few days when the victim started suffering from pain and under no relevant reason. Why not by that night itself if it is truly rape? Hence, why she lied to a wife of accuse and the latter found sitting together?
So the best way is this - the police should arrest all the gatherers who were being a part of party that night and do interrogation including her wife who allowed them to use alcohol in her house. If not I think there is not 100% consistent to consider the matter as rape for it has purely happened with consensus based.

Why is the culprits' father came with cash in the morning after the incident was happened and asked the victims family to take victim for treatment, following by the culprit came with some cash begging for forgiving admitting that he has made a mistake. As stated by the victims sister.
We don't know who is right but destroying the organs is such an inhuman act and should be punished and how comes people are claiming that the victim might have inserted sometime by her own to prove that it's rape or to defend herself .
