Also, I'm into skins, which I know Richard hates, but it is what it is lmao. Ohne has proven he's bigger than just skins though so I think Richard is a bit wrong about him, but disagreements are what make the world improve.

Jame is a good IGL and a consistent awper , he has a system in place to keep VP a top 10 team consistently without being a partner team . Device wants that system to do the same with Astralis .

I agree with what you are saying except maybe one thing. When you talked about igl not being fun, i mean some players like a lot that aspect of the game, i know they are in a job environment and it’s more stressful but i can still see players enjoying that more than fragging alone. Idk if for device is the same cuz it can probably be a lie but making that as an absolute i think it’s not completely correct

Tbh the scene should go the same route that f1 have where if you dodge your duties to do interviews you/your org should be fined. Organizers live off making great tournaments and tournaments will suffer if players can just say no to interviews.
BlameF could literally stay on the team and become a rifler. Hes been carrying Astralis. Stavn, Stabbi, staehr have been underwhelming to say the least.

38:40 this happens in so many games and teams, for example furia in vct (valorant) every roster has been built by mwzera, it happened in liquid CS, it happens in every single team in overwatch, some people really just don’t have it in them to build rosters and shouldn’t have a opinion on it at all because some actual creatures have gotten chances at these teams and absolutely shit the bed in the most embarrassing ways possible

I also want to say, that even though I agree with you, more often than not, I don't think that Device needs the bad blanter. Nott yet, at least. He HAVE been under Glave, he HAS been under Zonic. All the three years, that Blame has been on the roster.
To me, it's completely OK to a guy like Device, Niko, Duppe or who ever has been in th elong game, to say, they are not satisfied.
BUt then comes the prove. I don't see Device as a huge fan of Jame. Really not. I don't take that too seriously.
And if we compare a bit to Jame, versus Blame playstyle, and what he has said in interviews, we can esily let that fall back.
