Torque on preceding wheel is not from tension T from rope as displacement r of T from axis of ∆L is 0 so torque due to T will be 0. Torque on preceding wheel is from weight mg of wheel and equals mgr where r is radius of precession not radius of wheel.

It may be possible that F2 and F4 are being balanced by some other reaction force (that is the force by door on the hinges ) and we can also say that F2 and F4 r forming 90 degree with door and so sin 0 degree must be zero (somehow )
why everyone is so surprised of class 12 students here. We had a whole unit on rotational physics in class 12 and it's one of the most imp topics for IIT entrance. Big deal. Sir is teaching what exactly used to be in class 12 syllabus.
I can't believe that students are putting such silly questions. Well it's not their fault. It must their teacher who taught them the wrong concepts. All of them are asking the same silly question.
I don't know why this happens with me that whenever I learned from this man I feel motivated and get more positive energy.
