Lovely to see more of beautiful Deia Alex. Passed through it on a coach in 2014, but the tour guide explained coaches were not allowed to stop….you can see why! Thanks for another enjoyable video in that beautiful Mallorca spring sunshine 🤗

Great tour . My wife and I have been going to Deia for the last 25 years . Always staying at Hotel Des Puig. The hotel manager Lucian is such a beautiful person, he will never see you go without. Yes over the years the village as got popular, however Deia will never loose that special and relaxing vibe

@@MallorcaUnderTheSun I may have got it wrong but I’m sure I read somewhere that it was having renovation work and new or updated bars. Might be worth a check and a walk down late spring if so as I’m sure many viewers will also be wondering.
Places like Deia become too popular and busy for their own good, which detracts from their inate quaintness and authenticity. There must be many more small villages in the interior, which might not be as pretty but which still offer a quiet and authentic refuge from the tourist hotspots. I drove through a number on the way to Pollensa from Palma when I visited. Perhaps you ought to feature these more rather than re-visting Deia so often.
I don’t actually intentionally visit Deia with the intention to make a video but I have to go there anyway so I usually make a video while I’m there - why not?!!! See my recent Cala d’Or video - I will be going this and I started with some little known historic towns - will prob be making some others too.

I am blown away by the crowds & cars. It's rather lovely to walk up to & around the church, for the views & to get away from the cars.
