Oh, this is such wonderful music, it goes straight into the heart and touches the soul. I didn't realize that there is such beautiful music in Ukraine and that it is played there when I think about how everything in Ukraine is being shot up and bombed , I feel very sad in my heart. It's a shame that something so bad happens and the culture is destroyed. I sincerely hope that music can continue to live in Ukraine.
Hey Ho ! Can we call this music Ukrainian swing ,very alive very soulful, very touching ,like you want to smile and cry at the same time . That hammered dulcimer , Ukrainian style enhances the violins but has a signature of its own ,in sustain and resonance at the tail end of each violin note . Beautiful Awesome ! Yes Tsymbaly( Hammered Dulcimer) brings out that authenticity and unique sound to our own Prairie Ukrainian Music..Glad you enjoyed it..
