That's was the INXS JAM in the late 1980s! We used to JAM to this song in the clubs! SO sad, that lead singer Michael Hutchence battled depression and aggression after a bicycle accident in the early 1990s and hung himself in 1997. Gone way too soon. The spirit of Michael's lively and soulful vocals still live on! And the song's finish....classic! It was #1 on the Hot-100 and Dance Charts too! 😊👏🏾🎤🎶🎸🥁🎹💯
I was obsessed with an INXS growing up. Such an amazing band, and every song they did was unbelievable never tear us apart is a truly amazing song and so heartwarming when he died I was so upset I’m like we lost a good one.
The flame that burns brightest burns out quickest…. For a brief moment everything they touched turned to gold … then… we’ll you know how it ends 😟🏴

Unfortuantly in 97 the lead singer took his life, since then Aussie music feels like its been missing a peice of itself.
Great reaction, I have loved INXS since I was a kid. This is a sexy song , funky beat and smooth delivery. Perfection!! They are even better live! What You Need live at Wembley stadium in 1991 is one you should check out!
So sad to lose Michael Hutchence! I was blessed to see them twice, once in the 80s and one in the early 90s. They were amazing live!

I saw them twice too. Once was in a nightclub in Brisbane and Michael was drunk off his ass! He was pegging glass beer bottles into the crowd. It was bloody brilliant!!

Blessed is true. I saw them in '89 and I wasn't even into them - my little bro wanted to go but was too young. I became a fan after the first minute of the show lol. I was very sad when MH took his life, and I can't help but think if he came up 20 years later he might still be with us.

Originally this video went into a short song called "Mediate". I really hate that in the youtube/vevo era these have been separated. On MTV it was always a single video but now you have the drummer starting "Mediate" and the video just...ends.

Michael has a daughter Tiger Lily Hutchence who looks just like her dad! She was raised and adopted by her mom's ex husband Bob Geldof (the guy who organized live aid) and actually didn't realize who her bio dad was until she was in her teens when she was able to research on her own.

Saw the band live 2xs in Atlanta, Soooo Sad Michael passed away 2 days later after the concert, The new guy sux just like the new flaymbount guy that took Freddys place in Queen.
Please don't let Fishbone Sunless Saturday die. Please react so people can see what a truly special band they were. I met them in the 90's and they are unique as you will find. All black band that can be defined as a fusion of ska, punk, funk, metal, reggae, and soul.
