Exept the "no rolling pin" part, everyone uses a rolling pin. You roll it wide enough so you can strech it or you will end up rolling for 20 minutes like jimmy over here.
@@rechromatic rolling pin is not used in this style since you'd lose the air in the crust. Jimmy's is not particularily airy but in either case it should only take a few seconds to properly stretch it

Being a “home pizzaiolo “ myself, Jimmy is totally right about the roll. All ingredients are correct, Parmesan cheese is a specialty though; mozzarella is what really needs to go in pizza. Any other cheeses are just personal preference, or specialty pizzas.
As a person who makes pizza for a living, I can tell you that Jimmy made his pizza better than Jimmy

On Pizza the parmesan is more like seasoning (Like the basil), and with the extra cheese he means the base of Mozzarella.
@@FreakieFan exactly, parmesan on top of pizza is like adding extra salt on top of other foods. In this case the parmesan is being used to bring in more saltiness.
There’s a difference between putting on a full pound of mozzarella and putting on a sprinkle of Parmesan or the vastly superior pecorino Romano, but anyone who puts too much cheese is giving up there right to have good pizza, good pizza is balanced

Make it at home! I use a regular oven, I just turn the heat to MAX and it's perfect!
The dough is simple for 2 pizzas: 500g hard flour, 5g salt. 7g yeast in 325mL lukewarm water, mix and knead for 10 mins. Then, roll into a smooth ball and lightly coat with olive oil, then cover with plastic and let rise for 30 mins in a warm place. Separate into 2 balls, and cover and let rise again for 30 more mins. Now the dough is ready! Heat up your oven to MAX temperature, and follow Jimmy's instructions. BAM! You're done.
