Love This Song Gary Allan Is One Of My Favorite Singer In Country Music He Voice And The Sounds Just Fill The Heart With So much Kindness And He Music Make You Fill The Music Gary Can Sing Any Song And It’s Sounds Good
That type of country is known as the Bakersfield sound aka Bakersfield, Ca. The reference was used to describe Buck Owens that used to be on Hee Haw and was followed by Dwight Yoakam and now Gary Allan. I've seen Gary many times in concert and he's always wonderful. He's very underrated but you'll find many songs of his that you will love. One of my favorites is I get off on the pain
I think I requested this once upon a time, just can't remember when. I pretty much request Gary Allan on ALL the reaction channels I watch, because he's such an under-rated artist, and has some of the best well thought out lyrics and music in Country music. I would request pretty much any song for any video he's done, and even fan and lyric videos! His personal story and how he entangles that into his music makes it real, considering he's lived his songs, so they have that extra depth and meaning. So if you read this, I formally request you check out "Every Storm (Runs Out Of Rain)" or "Life Ain't Always Beautiful". They are pretty much songs that got me through some hard times, but also was about Gary getting over the suicide of his wife in 2004. Gotta do more Gary Allan reactions!
“Smoke Rings In The Dark” is my favorite. But I’d say “Right Where I Need To Be” is probably number 2 for me. “Lovin’ You Made A Man Of Me” is one I really like too.
I’m so glad I’ve sub’ed just in time to watch The Discovery of Country! GaryAllan is a long Rabbit Hole...every song is a hit. But, a very tragic personal story.
Oh my gosh!! Yeah dude his name is Gary Allan. I met him many many years ago when he first started out. He signed my cowboy boots and told me that I was very flexible LOL. Anyways yeah check out his CDs the man is awesome and country music stations didn't even really give him a chance. Just like Eric Church. You need to check that guy out to. But that's Gary Allan he is smooth and hot and a damn good country artists. I'm glad you enjoyed his song and I hope you listen to more of this stuff. Welcome to country music
One of my most favorite male country singers. The music industry should appreciate and promote him more; he is very talented and his band is awesome too.
Thanks, picked just for y’all because of the vibe. Watching Airplanes Get off on the pain After his wife’s suicide- The best I ever had Life ain’t always beautiful
I had this song on my ipod back in 2005 when I was deployed to Iraq. When I wasn’t on patrol I would work night shift alone in the motor pool and wait for night patrols to return. The motor pool was adjacent to the flight line and I would listen to this song on repeat. Between the hum of the airplanes and this song, I’ve never been as humble, and content and at as much peace as I was in those moments. It was like meditation, and every time I hear this song it takes me back.
I've loved Gary Allen for 20 years or more.... The guy is an amazing song writer...I remember when he sold used cars by day and wrote songs by night....Thanks for playing this beautiful but heart breaking song....Which brings me to my point...You guys said everything about this song but what it was about.... If I my, it's about a guy coming to terms with one word...acceptance...his woman's rejection...He knows that it's a prison sentence...Life without her love and even though he's in pain, he must resist the urge of going to see her because being a man means standing tall and taking the pain, as Allen's lyrics go, and my favorite line in the song....This tells it all too...Allen writes, The night is like a dagger, long and cold and sharp.....Most men know, those first nights alone are the worst...Keep your mind off of it and keep one TV on all the time....But if you don't do anything crazy.....Love will pass your way again but it's up to you......Thanks again for playing this deep and beautiful song.
Love Gary Allen's music. This and The One are 2 of my favorites. You should take a look down into the Dwight Yoakum rabbit hole. I'd start with Things Change, Pockets of a Clown, Turn it on turn me loose.
It's so nice to see so many people like Gary Allan and so many other talented groups and performers. It tells me that anyone is willing to listen to real talent and enjoy them. Gary is so underrated it's not right he needs to be up for an award of some kind. I have looked him from the first time I heard him sing his debut song and video "forever and a day" from his debut album "used heart for sale."
I love watching you guys react to country music because sing people get into country is just a great thing it's one of the best genres out there maybe sometime you can do some of the upbeat country play Chattahoochee by Alan Jackson or Boot Scootin Boogie there are so many great party country songs to
GET OUT YO……. Hahaha “I‘lol show you later”!!!!!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE you guys banter! That’s love! Keep keeping on…. “Now it’s time for some smoke rings in the dark” Much love
You should listen and watch the video for "Go Rest High On That Mountain" by Vince Gill. You will cry as it is such an emotional song. It was written about his brother after he died.
Oh man so many tears in beers listening to this one back in the day, now I smile. Reminds me if you haven’t done George strait She’s going to leave you with a smile, check it out
Thanxx for reviewing this song; I've suggested it to others several times. A vastly underrated song and artist.......... Nice to see your appreciation for this type of music. For anyone who cares, looks like the Great Sand Dunes National Monument in Southern Colorado, a ways North of Alamosa. And, peaking up behind Gary you can just see the peaks of the Sangre de Cristo Range,,,,,,, last refuge of the Grizzly in Colorado........
Have loved Gary Allen for decades. My favorite might be "Best I Ever Had" and it is a cover but he did it about his wife after she died. It is not so much a sad song but it is so real. :)
General note: you guys are the best! ❤️ For country, please react to Townes Van Zandt, country poet and highly influential old school singer/songwriter. Also, PLEASE more metal and ‘70s/‘80s live jams!!!!!! Living for it especially during quarantine. (I felt bad as I was busy and couldn’t decide between, like, 12 songs to request in the last one, and didn’t want to bogart the jukebox lol. Next time, I might just send a list to pick from when purchasing or buy a song for another requestor haha.) Townes Van Zandt songs: - Lungs - Our Mother, the Mountain - Dead Flowers - Big Country Blues - Pancho & Lefty - Waitin’ Around to Die

Gary Allan is the one that made me start listening to Country music........ Saw him in concert and became addicted ever since!!!!
Gary Allen, in my opinion, is very underrated. I don't think he ever got the attention he really deserved. Thank you guys for reacting to him. ♥️
The most under appreciated voice in country music!! So good!!! Just as good live in concert.
One of my favorites of his. “The One” is my all time favorite.
