Make a sealed paper bag with the non-stick or grease proof baking paper and put the unripe tomatoes inside. Seal it and leave for 7days before opening. The tomatoes will be well ripen and red.

I didn't rerealize that The weather gets Cold in Africa that you guys have to wear heavy coats.
In Jamaica when we get Cold weather, its usually because America might be experiencing A Cold Front, so it trickles down here, so we might just need a sweater but never heavy coats.

Your tomatoes are really doing good pls i need your advice .. i planted soime afew tomato trees at my bqckyard.. ok they are aslo doing well but its now a week i found that the leaves are turning to whitish colour . Kindly advice on how i should treat them.Thanks.
They are probably affected by cold. You can ask your local agrovet for one that helps cover them from cold. Here we use one called ' Cover'

Sun dry some of the tomatoes to last you till next season. If you don’t have enough sun, you can buy a small dryer you can use electricity to dry. You can do the same with the vegetables too. Your crops will last you round the year.

Yes charlow those are called curly mustards greens and there's one called plain mustards greens
If you leave some to grow up they flower and produce seeds which you can harvest and replaint

I love jour videos, growing your own food is the to go.There a plant in your garden called spinach ,do you it ,its high in iron and very delicious.
You can pound all your seasoning together then rub it on the meat ,let it rest at least half an hour before cooking.Taste delicious
