I used a bowel as a template and cut all my circles from it, but I think my Jean is to this or flexible as after cutting they are not all the same, so when I sew them together they are not all equal looking. Any suggestions?

That's gorgeous. I'd love to know how much denim you need. Is it possible with one pair of jeans or do you need two. I suppose it depends on the size and style. Bigger men's jeans will probably go further.
