As an American movie buff who knew next to nothing about Robbie Williams until hearing about this movie from critics at film festival screenings, I must say I find him utterly charming. My next step was to watch the 4-part docu-series on Netflix about him & wow, I was hooked. TH-cam is a treasure trove of his performances, videos & interviews over the past 30+ years. We in the U.S. have been cheated of this man's talents for far too long. I cannot wait to experience this remarkable film! Hopefully, it will open the eyes of many pop/rock music lovers in North America.
I wasn't cheated LOL (American fan since 1998, who relied on eBay to buy original VHS & CDs from via the UK). 😬 I was super lucky to see Rob live 1999 at a Dallas club (when he attempted to "make it here") and then blessed to see him at The Wynn Theater in Vegas in 2018. 😊 While I'm so happy for Rob at this brilliant film finally coming out, I'm a bit selfishly sad that the secret of him will fully be out soon.
