The story of this guy was absolutely true, because I was ones a victim and I was innocent of what I arrested for. For God be the glory I'm now in united kingdom. May Nigeria not happen to you. The guy was saying exactly what is happened in police station and in prison.
Since I was young and now I’m still young , I have never heard any extraordinary award or achievement in any field of study earned by a child of a Police man/ woman in Nigeria. Reasons are not far-fetched, their hands are soaked in blood of the innocent and curses are on their heads which the children inherited from … sad but that’s the truth.
This is a shame of a nation , the so called "Giant of Africa"! Honestly speaking the law enforcement agencies in Nigeria should be revisited. How can a nation grow and progress doing this? There is too much bloodshed in that nation! The police department should be seriously scrubbed and sanitized if Nigeria will ever know true peace from God! In fact some of the men and women in uniform seem to be taking the laws into their own hands to oppress innocent citizens they should be protecting! I am not impressed!. My own prayer for this man is that God will give him grace to overcome the terrible memories of this ordeal and may God cause a restoration of all that the police canker worms and caterpillars and locust have eaten.For the wicked people who delight in framing others, evil shall never depart from their homes in Jesus name.

Nigeria justice system need to be reformed and there must be a very thorough investigation and the police should be well trained.and know how to conduct a well investigation by not implicating an innocent person for a crime that is not commit a crime

What is needed is not just judicial reform, there must also be a prison reform. Why should prisoners, some.of then innocent, be treated less than animals in our prisons? One bucket of water for 150 prisoners!! The inhumane hygiene condition in Nigerian prisons is appalling and not acceptable, something needs to be done ASAP!. We are appealing to the Interior Minister to do something about this as a matter of urgency please!
