Todoroki and bakugou are practically friends and if u see the 10th anniversary of mha both of them are sitting together and also in the current season (7) bakugou does mention that todoroki likes soba and they are litrally in HIS ROOM (I think lida and all were also ther) I would say ship is not canon or close to canon at all but they are Friends (I like both bkdk and tdbk) I AM NOT OFFENDING JUST GIVING MY OPINION SORRY IF IT SOUNDS RUDE
