Pou needs to talk with Ming Phanny and Teacher Pi in private. You can tell people not to gossip or believe in strangers regarding new Seyha. There are more problems as the village gets bigger.
Pou Touch needs to tell all newcomers that this village is funded by international donors. We use TH-cam to report to the donors. TH-cam funds go to the owners ( Pou Touch, Nhan Vibol and Nhan Sotheary). Villagers have the right to create their own TH-cam. To accept the donation, you must accept to be on TH-cam.
Pou Touch needs to end by saying from now on we no longer talk about these issues anymore because we have resolved them. Villagers no longer gossip about these issue anymore.
To whom may concern please pay attention to Oun Touch massages, if someone or anyone in Touch village do not want to be in the video or not allow to be video by Touch’d team that means they don’t want any more help from the donors, and to me just feel like slabbed in the face. They are become ungrateful to the donors and Touch’s team which had been sacrificed their time,their money and their energy to help them. Maybe it’s time to let the ungrateful ones go for a while let them face their own devils within themselves , and in the mean time help the new comers that deserves the help. Some of these problems can be solved privately and not tearing down elderly woman, young teacher, partially blinded man, and disabled man. You ruined the reputation of the young lady on TH-cam. In USA, Pou Touch can be sued for defamation. As leader, you can’t used your power to humiliate villagers like this. It seems that Pou Touch is doing this every time there’s a big donation. I am a big donor to this village. My family and I are becoming disappointed with overly humiliating of villagers.
My question to you Touch about Ms.Pi ? Is she a real teacher or just the title someone give it to her? Is she have any certificate to proof that she is a teacher? Is not just leave her alone. Do not let her involve with the children because all the massages that I have heard today it’s very scary. It’s best don’t let her and her mom involve with anything unless you have too. This mother and daughter is in America we called a T (trouble). Don’t attack an elderly woman and the teacher… Cambodia doesn’t really have good educational system… the teacher is trying to help. She is not a terrible person
It looks like she is tutoring to help out. The school closes periodically because the teachers don’t show up. Donors want to support her to provide extra help. This is terrible for Pou Touch to trash teacher Pi and Ming Phanny. Woman donors are beginning to hate Pou Touch.
