Can you just make the circle cutting out with a plate or pot lid 28cm circumference, or do you have to do all the folds this seems to be a lot more work and complicated.
Same thing. I did the folds because Not everybody have a 28cm pot lid.
Thank you, and after cutting 28cm circle do you just mark 9cm right side and 5cm left side, connect with line and cut, then mark the fiddly 1.5cm ànd sketch curve.then cut 2 main fabric and 1 off filter pocket, less 2.5cm off sides. Good to use cotton shirts or kids used white school shirts.

I use a bamboo skewer from the dollar store. The sharp point sticks into the elastic and navigates the tight pockets pretty well.
You can use a bobby pin or the tool used is called a bodkin

I’m going to try and use Filti fabric I got in USA. You can use it as a filter for so many days and then throw away and use another piece in between 2 layers of fabric.
A 28 cm circle is too small for western men.

That’s 3 layers of fabrics. Difficult to breathe when fabrics form a barrier that thick. PLUS the filter !!! Sorry, but NO, thanks.
