Good stuff! I'm getting a loud chirping sound at slow regen speeds going downhill more so when the wheel is turned to the right, brand new YP, I'll check this.
@@TheLawnEngineer I will, it's pretty bad, I'm also noticing a distinct "pop" when I press the accelerator on and off at slow speed. Found my windnoise issue, it's the top of the windshield, I taped it with painters tape and it's completely gone, not sure what they're gonna do about that. Also have shaky driver side rear view mirror at hwy speed, lastly, stitching is coming out of driver seat at the bolstering, car has less than 200 miles, pretty nervous about my investment.
@@retrothruster2539 Oh, that doesn't sound good. I haven't had any issues on this blue one other than what I show in this video. Have you submitted a service case on the app? I'm interested to see what Tesla's response will be.
@@TheLawnEngineer Yes, it is set up for Thursday. I sent photos of the seat stitching, they've already denied the claim since it's not the main stitching that keeps the seat from separating. I hope they can/will address my 3 other issues, especially the loud squeeling coming from the front drive train on slow speed regen.
Thanks for sharing. Now I know just in case I get the same rattle. My QC issue was driver door jamb screws were loose so the door was sticking out a few mm when closed. Mobile service quickly fixed that.
I found my way to your channel through your Chrysler Pacific repair videos. Now I like to watch your Tesla videos to compare to the Pacifica. A real world comparison. I don't hate on either car just interested to get a real view... not just all the bad or all the good.
Nice catch on the loose dust shield. Good to hear the Tesla brake components are high quality. By the way, are you still happy with the We-Energies Pilot EV Charging Program?
Yes I am! I’m sharing the one charger between both vehicles and schedule charging midnight to 8 am. It’s working well, I have to do an update to EV cost of ownership.

Interesting, please comment again if you find the cause.

Thanks for sharing your QC experience, now I’ll know why my door is sticking out of that happens.

I’m glad your finding value in my content outside of the Pacifica videos.
My goal is to share my experiences good and bad.
No torque wrench to attach the wheel back? Probably fine to do by the feel?
I’m comfortable using a long breaker bar…but everyone should use a torque wrench.
Thanks for being a problem solving Tesla owner. Not many of those.
You’re welcome, I try to bring rational thought to all things .
Excellent. Thanks.
You are welcome!
Great video! My only concern is I didn’t see a torque wrench nearby when you were putting the wheel back on - I hope you did that off-camera 😊
Thank you! Also, I agree lug nuts must be torqued properly 😉

Как отапливаете гараж?
I have this natural gas heater hung from the ceiling.

I'm having the same issue... You saved my wallet from Tesla service vampires! thanks so much!
Glad I could help!
Nice
Thanks
QC is optional
Overall I’m very happy with the vehicle, but this was an unforced error.
