man, I feel his pain so much... I had sprained my ankle once, took me like 3 weeks to recover if not for the old lady my mom knows that fix sprains like this. God, the slightest touch would send shivers through your body.. like you cant think of anything but your ankle.. My foot was no longer the same afterwards.

@@kye1779 really ?? bcuz last week my ankle was dislocated too.. and its hurt like shitt.. alrdy fixed it with tukang urut and met doctor to check.. the pain now is reduced but my whole left foot kinda swollen
cant even wear shoes lol.. its not fit

@@B2UTYSpiritsManiac07 there's gonna be a position of your foot where it is most comfortable to walk in. If that comfort zone is orienting your foot the wrong way, it is best not to walk with it at all, because it will heal on that orientation. just let it heal man, it'll heal in a few days, but if it healed incorrectly, it'll be difficult to fix.
