Care and feeding of a baby Pigeon which has been abandoned by it's parents

This baby chick a my pigeons pair was abandoned by its parents after they had hatched a set of new chicks which should not be allowed and the new eggs should have been taken away, but this was my mistake, and now I have to take care of this chick as it cannot feed or drink by itself.
