Hi, sorry for the delay. I hope you have come right. We haven't done a video on it as yet. The wiring principal is same but different ports. I don't have a manual with me so I can't say exactly not to calibrate etc.
Hi, I'm looking at this for my greenhouse. Can I bridge the lives from the heating and humidity. I. E. If I have an aircon that I want to stay on, say when the heating is out of range but the humidity is not for example. I think it should be fine as the current is the same? Have you tried anything like this?
Hi, I am not 100% sure I fully understand what you mean. Firstly most aircons are very high energy especially when start up. This unit will blow a fuse if it is over exerted. The heating and the humidity are controlled separately you just using a bridge to power a switch until the unit makes the connection as needed. I hope this helps to answer you.
Hi, I am no electrician but whether your using or for cooling or dehumidifing you will have power out the device to a power source is lower than 220v. Then each fan can have a switch as you say on the live line if you dont want them operating etc. Connected in parallel.
@@reptilegarden controller is 12v.so the fans. The idea is to switch on automatically fans if-1 humidity to high and/or 2. Temperature to high. And have the option to switch off each fan at any moment separately. Couldn’t do it and I’m not sure this can be done
@@blackcrown6207 yeah the switch you mentioned I figured you were looking at manually switching units off when not in use etc. You will need a controller for each one unless they all rigged the exact same and experience the same conditions. Problem is if the heating fails on one with the probe the others will power full on without regulation. You might be looking for a bigger unit that can have 3 probes and different channels. I think it will still be cheaper to by 3 of these units and wire all separately.
Good day! So basically I could use this in a germination chamber for 4 tasks? Ex: for heating some electrical heater, for cooling a fan (or something else), for humidification a vaporizer, and dehumidification an exhaustion fan? Regards
Hi, no it will do either 2 of the 4 tasks you mention. Either heating or cooling and humidify or dehumidify depends on you setting. It only have one power outlet for each function and otherwise the circut is broken.
@@doomsdayrats all good. That would be fairly nice to have in one unit but these do the job in most cases. Otherwise it would be wiring two of the up and making sure the set values don't battle each other.
Hi Chad, I have seen devices display LLLL and this is often due to a loose connection of the probe wires. It can also be a faulty probe that needs to be replaced or a probe that has gotten wet and shorts etc. Try a hair drier on it and check your connections. You can also open the probe housing easy enough to check the connections. It is strange that it is resetting though.
Чел, огромные спасибо, единственный нормальный ролик по подключению который я нашел.
Thank you for the succinct explanation. It is very helpful
It is a pleasure. I am glad you found it helpful.
Thank you very much
Hi how you I was wondering if you could help with a video on how to calibrate and ajust an stc3028

Просьба. снимите видео где вы эту мадель разбираете и крупным планом ... что бы было видно все компоненты и номиналы.
What device do you recommend for setting day and night temperature differently?
I would recommend dimmerstats with the day night temperature settings. You also get the day night thermostat option with humidity control.
Hello . Very good your video, congratulations !!! This wiring for installation can be used in version 12-72v ?? Thanks ...

Nice 🖖
Can only the sensor and cable handle 80°c, I'm looking for a unit that I could use for drying stuff at 40°c - 80°c ?
How to connect the device to 3 axial fans which could also be switched off by rocker switches/3 separate switches/??

Hello @Reptile Garden - are you able to share the manual? Thanks in advance.
my device sometimes reads LLLL and then resets.. do you perhaps know why its resetting

@@reptilegarden thanks for the reply. I plugged it out and back in. Seems to be glitch free for now. Might have been a loose connection.
Can I use the first one for a puppy incubator?
Yes they will work for most heating applications as long ad the thermostat etc can handle the wattage.
