@@AlistairMcKinley Just because a bunch of youngsters believes it's "highly realistic" doesn't make it so. Remember Dirt Rally? Basically the same bunch was swearing it was realistic. With DR2 being out what's their opinion now? And even DR2 is not quite there.
Same thing with AC with ACC being a much better attempt as well.

Anostio I only play a couple of games, and I feel like that’s not worth upgrading for. I race competitively on GTA V & the PC community is dead, everyone is on PS4.

There needs to be a system for this...that modders get aknowlegded by the developers, develepors then incorporate stuff like this in the game and give shotout or pay the modder!!
It has happened before that AC devs noticed people downloading a bunch of mods and decided "hey, let's put that car/track in the game with our own resources". The Mazda MX-5 NA and the 787B were added because of the fact that they were popular mods at the time.
But by italian nature, devs got cocky once people started pointing out problems with AC's content, so they shut down the official "Modding" forum for good.

Block chain ecosystems are coming to gaming this year and that's one of the areas of opportunity.

I’m planning on building my first pc for around £500 that has VR potential and I’m hoping to get into vr racing, not into sim too much cause I suck even as a console player and the game of memes , BEAT SABER! As well as regular games such as overwatch or league of legends etc.

@@SingleRacerSVR its actually not too bad. its really dry actually we are in winter here. so its like a real dry hairdryer heat. but im also trapped inside cause the burning season has us wearing masks. i think ill be moving on from chiang mai.. i actually installed this mod but couldnt get it working, have to fluff around a bit more.

This looks amazing! The only thing that keeps it from being ‘perfect’ is the odd hand grabs on the wheel... but I do understand that the game doesn’t recognize when you let go of the wheel to just let it spin

Animation of this game looks super real even how the wipers move and how the hand glove details are so detailed
THIS is why I’m excited for VR. I don’t want motion controls, I don’t want to walk around or do physics puzzles. I want to drive, whether that’s a car sim like this, space sim like elite dangerous or whatever. Gimme the controls that already work and feel great, lemme sit down and get immersed and just give me the full ‘being there’ experience
For a second there we all think it was a real life tape it just a game this is an example how games has become realistic

We're starting to get to the point where you'd need to DOWNGRADE for it to look more realistic. Seriously, if there was a way to simulate stuff like lens scratches and blur, low microphone quality, and even camera quality, we're to the point where you might be able to fool some ppl into thinking it's real.

i need to know all the wheel settings. including wheel rotation and ffb etc. also the assists settings, also the car mods, the track mods, the graphics settings for vr. was this using graphical mods for pretty rain or something too.. basically. can someone tell me every single thing i need to recreate this? (other than skill. i dont have that. but i can try. even if i successfully drift 1 in 20 corners ill be happy.)-

It would be nice for a wheel to have some sort of touch sensors so the game would know where the character's hands should be on the wheel,just like they are in real life
