    Found this season very inspirational due to doughting myself in a discussion l made in quitting my job.
    Overcoming limited beliefs is definitely something l've held on to which intern leaves me feeling am l good enough, do l.belive in myself which externally l show ever day not ti be true but its my inner consciousness thst leave me overthinking the latter
    I will use this session anytime the dought starts to seep themselves into my thoughts

    I'm a singer that gave up the dream multiple times because of the fear of not being enough, of wasting time with a senseless project and the fear of judgment and failing in front of other people.
    I did this meditation and tonight I have a show. I will update the comment.

    Wow! This was so powerful! I felt like I found a source of what is holding me back that really surprised me. I’m looking forward to repeating this meditation so that I can practice letting go. I already feel lighter and happier, and honestly more hopeful that I can overcome. Thanks for your positivity and encouragement 👏🏻

      Aside from that, I encourage you to recognize the language you’re using towards yourself and change it to be more positive. Things like “I’m not ____” or “I can’t ___” or “I’m lazy” can be changed to something that leaves opportunity to change… for example (following on the I’m lazy example) “I can choose to be proactive if I want to be”

      I believe too that it matters what you tell, but what came for me in this meditation was sometimes my words even when they are in spirit positive, it helps me when I say for example, "I do follow though in my endeavors."
