Dio seems a bit too overpowered, I mean I’m all for Heritage dio my favorite version, but there were times when it looked like dio tanked the hit. Not saying the combo was shit but dio and from what I’ve seen of omega from mega man zero and dio they look like they could atleast get somewhat a balanced to the gameplay especially with time stop
He's definitely not overpowered. Timestop is a little lame but it scales heavily and doesn't last as long as you think. Very limited mobility. His only real long range tools are the knives and Charisma. Knives lose to basically every projectile and Charisma costs bar that you'd probably want used anywhere else. Dio is probably a high B tier.
@@RobbbyHimself I have recently played dio and I must say the time stop should be toned down a lot once I got a half health robot into time stop was over I was able to get him into a one shot combo and it was a lot of frame advantage I had over them to. Dio has a lot of balancing issues when facing newer players or characters. If timed right you can dodge almost any attack, his knives can be used very aggressively in combos to extend them further beyond his reach then he should. Atleast decreasing his speed or the distance he can move with the world summoned can be done differently. A good character just some tweaks could be made. Then again it’s hard to balance a character or fight against a character who can literally stop time. I love Dio but playing a character that can stop time isn’t hard. All and all I would say Dio is very easy to play
@@rammuelisaaccervo2860 royalty is very hard to fight, Dio projectile game is very easy if you know how to read certain characters or fighters. Time stop isn’t hard to achieve once you know what you’re doing. It’s also hard fighting a dio who only spams the book dodge a lot, then gives you a 500 word essay on why your one little fluke fucked you over
