    Sir , please make a video for M45 bcoz problem is that for superplacizer we can reduce water Max 25 percent only, as I have read ,

      Before using any superplasticizer, firstly take technical data of superplasticizer bcz different types of superplasticizer is available in the market. Technical data like pH,chloride ion content, %of water reduction

    Sir , mu question is that why you multiply vy .9 for pumpable concrete when volume should be reduced by 10 percent

      Ex-- suppose u have to take 1000 coins. Due to some constraints, u are eligible for 90%coins only.
      Total coins = 90/100 x 1000=900
      coins for u.
      Or
      U can write
      Total coins =0.9x1000=900

      The water content in Table 2 is for angular coarse
      aggregate and for 25 to 50 mm slump range. For
      the desired workability (other than 25 to 50 mm slump
      range), the required water content may be established
      by trial or an increase by about 3 percent for every
      additional 25 mm slump (Code - IS 10262 : 2009)

      Without plasticizer, M40 concrete easy nhi h ... bcz strength ke sath sath workability bhi dekhna hota h

      ​@@lord87078 If you are B.Tech Student, then you can go for M30. If a superplasticizer is available in your institute, you can try higher grade of concrete.

      Yes, You can do but you have to find the properties of ingredients and accordingly design the trail mix and then cast the cube with the proportions obtained.

      ye ek example hai .. iski help se tm koie bhi grade ka ratio find kr sakte ho .. Industry me sirf ratio se kaam nhi chlta h ... agar sirf ratio se hi kaam chl jata tu koie IS code kyu padhta .. ya fir code kyu bnaya jata hai ...
