You're videos are always so helpful. I will have to look into the Scholastic workbooks. We are going into our first testing year and want to be as prepared as possible.
Great video! We are big fans of Evan moor spelling. You should check out 180 days of geography! We just started that and we really like it! The 180 days series surprised me 😊
Thanks for sharing! I've used a lot of these; you reminded me how much I love the scholastic tests. And I do like the idea of using workbooks when you know a subject is going to take the back burner. We have to compile a portfolio so I can't abandon any subject entirely.
I thought about Wordly Wise for my upcoming fifth grader. We are using TGTB 5 (first time with them) and Fix It Grammar. Fix it has a vocab word everyday for the child to look up (at least in the older versions) so I thought adding vocab might be a bit much. I guess we will see and add on if necessary. Let us know how it goes! Love all of your videos!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Aww thank you so much 😊 I think Fix it and TGATB would be great 👍🏽. I would only add Wordly Wise if vocabulary is a weak area for your kiddo. Best of luck in your new homeschool year .🥰
Thank you for sharing. You are such a gift to the homeschool community.
Oh this couldn't have came at a better time. I'm so excited to pick up some of these books. Curriculum can be so intimidating. So thank you.
I've found those scholastic workbooks at our local dollar tree! we have used them and love them
Awesome video with great resources. Thanks for sharing! Loving the videos!

I love all your choices I have used most if not all of these in some capacity and agree with the reviews!! Thanks for sharing!!
That’s a good idea to use a simple workbook when another subject is heavier.
Thank you so much. I am also in GA and need to prep for testing this year. These workbooks will definitely help fill in the gaps.
No problem at all !! It is crazy how much you can get out of a cheaply good quality workbook 😍
This was so helpful! Thank you!
I like your choices of workbooks. I also like Kumon workbooks. I really like the Kumon math for my soon-to-be 1st grader.
I have never tried Kumamoto Workbooks but I heard such great things about them. 🥰
Thanks for the video! What is Scribe?
Might need to get those Melissa and Doug jumbo work books... i think my son would like them!!

We are using 180 days of spelling and wordly wise also next year.
For the Melissa and doug books, there is also a first words book now!
No way ! I have to get it !! my daughter is in love with those activity pads 😊
