@@dinmorejunctionmodelrailway Hello Steve! Thank you Yes my soldering iron was £10 from Lidl absolutely brilliant piece of kit. I hope you're well and will seemore videos from you soon
Hi Deano A great tutorial there, as I'm an N gauger, I like to use Setrack too but I'm also trying out some Kato track for another project ans may well convert to that, as its so much easier. Thanks
Hello Peter! I would love to do N scale but my eyes and hands aren't up to it. I love set track and would like to try Kato track myself. Thank you so much for watching and commenting
Hello Peter I completely understand I'm in the same boat but slow and steady wins the race. Even if you do 30 mins a day it soon shows progress. Take care and good luck buddy.
Hey Deano. Good video. I'm with you on everything you said other than the droppers. Digital DCC is different to Analogue DC I'd say. For DC each circuit should have 2 dropper to ensure constant power in my experience. But it's up to the installer and as you correctly point out, the more the merrier. Can't wait to see the track in action. Happy Modelling
Hey Deano. Great video and guide on how to lay track. I have used Peco set track curves on my layout as well, as it was just easier for me to do it that way. I also used Peco flexi track for the rest of my layout. I agree about the Hornby points as well. They are just not the same quality as the Peco ones are. Best wishes. Mark.
Thank you for sharing 👍
No problem 👍

Nice tip with the straight edge, I have a meter steel rule for the long runs.
Hello CLIVE!
Yes I find a straight edge is the best way, better than any track setta.
