my first nhl game that i watched in barclays center was on february 3rd or 4th 2020. isles against la kings. i moved to new york from another country on january 31 2020, not far from the game. my uncle and cousin who already lived here were ny isles fans. they took us to the game. i instantly realized who were the nhl masters. me and my family watched the whole playoff season with excitement, winning game after game. getting to 1/2 finals!! these guys deserve lots of respect!

I'll never forget...with a bad back and out of work for a month ...when Eberle scored in double ot... I hobbled my ass down the hall to wake up my gf crying that we won lol
you know watching this in hindsight especially looking at that Nelson pick and breakaway it was glaringly obvious the Caps had no interest in being at the bubble and they just wanted to go home
You can't deny that the Tampa series was one of the best series of the 2020 Stanley Cup Playoffs, regardless of the fact that the Isles lost. Either way, we'll get 'em this year for sure!! LGI!!!!
If Brock could have just buried that breakaway in overtime that game 7 would have been amazing to see. Hopefully this year we can make another deep run. LGI my friend
if the Ny islanders would have gotten past Tampa i believe they could have beaten the Dallas Stars & Montreal Canadian { No disrespect } Just my Opinion 🍷
There was Stopping the Tampa Bay Lightning, Chit the islanders gave you a better fight than dallas stars did { not counting game 1 } i never like teams who sit to long for next series, i feel they lose there Gusto, etc ... butt you're team had a mission Since Training Camp = Congrats from Ny islander fan !
Isles fan reminiscing over beers. Never in my 30 years of life would I ever dreamed of a run like this. I know we didn’t win, but from a childhood of watching this team in an empty arena where we were literally rained on would I ever imagined this franchise ever being this close to winning it all. the pesky isles baby.
