जब पुलिस आपको थाने में बैठने के लिए मजबूर करे तो ध्यान रखने योग्य बातें । मानवाधिकार आयोग में पुलिस अधिकारी के खिलाफ शिकायत कैसे करें? यह वीडियो आपको थाने में अपने अधिकारों को पूरी तरह से समझने में मदद करेगा। यदि आप थाने जाते हैं लेकिन अधिकारी एफआईआर दर्ज नहीं करता है और आपको थाने में बैठने के लिए मजबूर करता है, तो आप एसएचओ (स्टेशन हेड ऑफिसर) से एफआईआर दर्ज करने का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं। एसएचओ भले ही आपकी एफआईआर की उपेक्षा कर दे, एफआईआर दर्ज कराने के लिए आप एसपी कार्यालय जा सकते हैं। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के अनुसार पुलिस को पीड़ितों को परेशान करने या मारने का कोई अधिकार नहीं है।
