Even without the rate controversy, the fact that they STILL did not upgrade the skillup rate, and STILL did not add guaranteed legend/3 multi is just plain bullshit. This sugo-rate controversy was just the last straw.
In response to "changing your review to a 1 star does nothing" have you ever played clash of clans? Some extremely bad things went on in that game, and the player base united to change their reviews to one star. In two days, the game went from 5 stars on the App Store to 2 stars . The developers shortly after fixed the issues that people were having. If you think the company doesn't care what their game is rated on the app stores, I don't know what to tell you. Either way this whole situation could be solved if global simply releases rates. If global releases rates, I'll change my review back to 5 star in a heartbeat.

It might be a thing like in Hearthstone where after x number of whiffed pulls you get a guaranteed legend, which resets when you pull a legend randomly.
Why would not spending money on the jp sugo affect global? That doesn't make any sense it's not like it's their fault it's a completely different management team. It's like saying let's not spend on jp because we don't like that line has a broken pvp.
Wrong. The devs are all based on japan. The Global version is being managed by japanese developers, in Japan. There's not "global developement team" working on the game. It doesn't exist.

Well honestly bandai is screwed regardless. Either their rates are lower during regular non 2X boosted legends or they remain the same and the 2X boost is meaningless.
I think everyone would feel somewhat better if Bandai would show the rates for chars like they do on the Jpn version. Or like fire emblem they can increase the rates for banner pulls with each pull. One thing I will not do however is switch to the Jpn version. I always thought of that as the dennys scenario, where one town has a bad Dennys and the other has a good one. Every one will tell you to just go to the good one but I feel if the company doesn't care about my town to make the one near me better then I rather go to a different restaurant in general. Why would I want to support the company when they don't care about my town.
6+ Shanks is one of the worst of them lol? Rob luccis 3.5 atk for Powerhouse is insane I agree on LL,WB and Inthawk but sabo is also just really good as a Ts luffy sub and he is an ok Captain. But please just because 6+ shanks can clear some raids like sabo doesnt mean he is good rob lucci actually is good like very high dmg potential he can clear coliseums and stuff...
Tamildin still mihawk and barto have 100% clear rate and they still don't even have 6+ plus they are both top tier subs that work great in almost any team. I don't see why shanks would be the first choice for anyone.
Will given them 1* do much? Maybe not, but it'll show them that the community is not happy. They do care about their rating, hence why they always ask us to rate them. It makes them look bad or good.

About movie contents, we all knew that at some point they would come back again (not in the near future), some people said "farm like hell" simply because Shiki, Tesoro and Zephyr are great char (Shiki helps me to clear basically every content until i pulled TS Luffy). Btw these are two different situations, i believe heathtech's datas are reliable, even without his post any players have noticed that V1 strawhats appears too often, even when they aren't boosted (same for fake gold). To Shut this situation, Bandai could simply show rates, pretty fair solution. just to make it clear, i'm not salty at all, i'm not pulling since 2nd Anni (I got TS Luffy during that Sugo) and i'm saving my gems for stamina and 3rd Anni Sugo (or a Guaranteed legend after X multi Sugo).
I still don't have shiki because I was deployed and had no internet during his raid :( I wish I knew if and when he'd come back since I'm a f2p player and only pulled 2 legends in the 2 years that I'm playing :/

Not sure what you mean by "we all". I clearly remember people arguing all over reddit about how Shiki is never coming back and is going to be removed from the game and replaced by a different unit. I am talking about way back when he was first released on Japan and later on Global. Obviously after he came back people were less likely to say that (though some still did). I wasn't trying to say that heathtech's data is unreliable. I was referring to a very specific sentence that was vague and inconclusive and yet people took the worst possible interpretation of it and accepted that interpretation as fact.
First of all i want to thank you for your videos. They are awsome :) I play on global and i realy thought about the mechanic of the pulls too, because i got curious. In my case i have only 5 legendaries and 1 of them is Saint Charlos (Wuhoo). I Never buyed Gems and all Gems i used are from the story mode, the daly or the islands (stuff like taht). But on the multi pull, i pulled 5 times in a row Boa Hancock (ofc not on the same pull). Is that incredible unlucky? I mean there are 28 other legendaries and i was close to stop playing optc because of this mechanic. My best wishes to all of you. May the pull with you :)

im a big walle in optc global i got luck with neko i pull him after the 12 multi, so yeah im done spending money on optc until garantee red, increased skill and a similar events between the two versions
A few things/ideas/speculations that weren't spoken about in this video is .... 1. How Players that broadcast or stream have improved rates over those who don't due to exposure & promotion. In Zeeni's case, him trying to keep order by stopping chaos could be misconstrued as him siding with Bandai proving said idea to be true. It's not hard to conceptualized Bamco could do such a thing without the version player/broadcaster/streamer knowing. Hence not their fault but Bamco instead. 2. How some of the "whales" have already started speaking up in various posts and forum conversations about their boycott, literally some of them posting their pulls. If we go by this as evidence to support the original post and others in question then that is a start to the proof Zeeni was saying is needed. Because of how "high volume" some of them are (in the thousands for some of them) its not hard to gather said data, but the possibility of each sugo changing rates could still exists not allowing for a consistent rate hence justifying RNG. 3. How the laws (or lack there of) in countries like the US are the very reason why Global is held behind and why probably we in global will never get the pull rates section like in JPN version. Allowing for the continuation of Global being abused in pull rates. Still we don't know about the other versions, like French and why they haven't implemented the disclosure of pull rates since they have similar gambling laws (dunno if this is true or not)? 4. Many other subjects which deserve people to explore and read for themselves before Forking Bamco.
I've bought a good number of gems but will never buy again until Bandai comes clean about the rates. They implied in past Sugo's that certain types of characters would be rate-increased, but neglected to mention that certain characters' rates are nerfed and those rate increases don't effect Sugofest-Exclusive characters unless specifically mentioned. Bandai deserves a huge hit to their income and all the 1-star reviews they get.
Zeenigami in the video you were more hesitant because he was the single source and hadn't revealed his methodology yet. So I was curious if your opinion on what we as the player base should do has changed at all.

Rate one stars on play store and text this: The rates on global are worse than what you try to make us believe. We've gathered data that proves that not only you're lying about the rates, but that you take a certain unknown player variable that determines what the player gets from the pulls, thus punishing active and paying players with less than less active and more casual players. Enough proof has be gathered which is strenghtening our assumption. We have to believe, until you prove us wrong by being as transparent as you're on japan, that the rates you claim to offer are simply wrong. We simply have no transparency and based on our gathered data there is no reason to believe you as a company anymore, thus we lost our faith in you as an honest company. We feel like we're taking advantage of. We as a community expect your statement.
-ehhh?? Ace and Rob Lucci are only _okay_ ? I love my Ace team and try almost every fortnight/raid boss with it...! (I have like 10 legends, it's not like he's my only one, but my favorite one.) And Lucci is extremely powerful, I think he's even better than Whitebeard tbh. And for rather new players who won't be able to get 6+ Whitebeard quickly, Lucci is the better option imo. Same with Sabo. His 6+ evo is awesome but normal 6 star is one of the worst legends in the game.
Wait what? What does not buying gems on jpn have to do with glb. This is a glb issue. Not spending gems on jpn won't fix glb's problem, it will just make it worse for jpn. Not spending gems on glb will however make the glb version make changes or just decide to shut down. Hmmm wonder what they will do? Close down glb or adjust rates and bring players back to spending...yea that seems like a difficult decision for Bandai.

But a speculation that people are more "for" than "against" mainly because everything good JPN gets we don't(or very, very late compared)...Increased skillups and 3rd guaranteed multi comes to mind. We only got the latter once this story broke out and a few days after shit hit the fan like it was a contingency(that sounds more conspiracy theorist than I meant!). I don't mind changes between JPN and Global but it's safe to say we have been getting toyed with long before this was revealed. I don't regret the money I did spend but this story just makes it so I have no problem never feeling the urge to pull again. Started playing Bleach Brave Souls as a 2nd gacha. Different company less risky.
Legend Shanks isn't worth of all the time, exp and gems (to farm skill-books) that you need to quadra-max him, when the colloseum Inuarashi has the same dmg output as captain and most of PSY raid bosses are a full board orb manipulators... not to mention that you just can make runs with a friend Borsalino. Bandai made his 6+ evolution to be an absolute disaster. The worst of them all. When you need to rely on some characters attack value to argue that they deserve their legend status (hapens the same with QCK Boa... while she still is better than Shanks), turns out to be obvious that they don't.

Honestly I rarely play this game anymore. The difficulty spikes, gambling, mandatory guides, and mandatory legends make this game unbearable to play anymore.
Raffaele Cantisani Rayleigh as captain allways have been ok. He lacked a decent special, but as a 6+ he became one of the best harmful status remover. In the other hand there are just better PSY captains than Shanks and QCK captains than v1 Boa. And as sub Boa is well rounded, but being specific there are better boosters, better orb manipulators and better delayers. And Shanks... shortening, he isn't a sub.
He does so jokingly because honestly if he didn't still enjoy the game, he probably wouldn't play. Also, he's trying to reinforce that all this is actually SPECULATION with NO ACTUAL PROOF yet. Everyone getting mad and causing an unnecessary ruckus isn't going to help anything.

I feel you mate, have played for 700+ days, got 3 legends in those days. I'm F2P, never used a dollar on the game, and even though i saved 150 gems for the 2 year ani, i got 1 legend with the double legend rate up. However, when i started playing on jpn during the christmas event, with the first double legend rate up event, i got 8 fuckings legends, with no money used on the game. There is certainly something to this, and I would stop feeding money into the global verison as fast as possible.
Also, I think this is just people with bad luck being butthurt. I did one multi this last Sugo and got Shirohoshi. It looks like lots of people were getting reds this Sugofest. Not everyone, no because there's still no guaranteed drops but still a significant amount.
There is no proof that a problem actually exists. It's one guy supplying data through unclear means and people are taking it as fact without doing the work to determine whether it is true or not.
For harder contents (expecially for grinding) you need some legends, Otherwise it's not fun at all, it's just frustrating. It's pretty salty to save gems for months and got nothing good ^_^ it's basically wasting time. I'm not pulling since 2nd anni, i'm waiting in my spot the 3rd anni sugo :) But I join the cause to change the way in which bandai deals with global

Considering how terrible Bamco has been with new Legend-tuned content, constant Sugos, powercreep, and general disgusting business practices, I don't think they deserve the benefit of the doubt. Even if this particular tidbit isn't true, player outrage has been a long time coming. Fuck 'em. Also, the "don't spend money if you think the company is evil" course of action doesn't do shit for the population of players with actual gambling problems, being exploited by this genre of games that exists in the grey area inhabited by mobages and loot boxes. Doing something like not buying gems personally doesn't do a thing, because a dozen gacha-addicted players will easily take your place to give Bamco all the money they could ever want. As for telling people not to have any other response to this but not spending money, how does that do anything? I'm F2P 99% of the time, how does not buying gems this Sugo tell Bamco anything? It's the duty of a mindful consumer to raise hell when something is wrong, and while I agree that we should wait until concrete evidence is out there, the other thing that these companies listen to that isn't whale money is a metaphorical brick through their window. Mass emails, mass tweets, rating bombing, these things all work on other companies like Delightworks, because their players get fucking pissed when a greedy corporation tries to fuck them over. This game is not a 5 star game just because we all play it. This game that tries to wring its players dry by subjecting F2P to a terrible slog through new content tuned towards the flavor of the month Legend, then dangles it in front of their faces in Sugo #Whatever of the month is not a 5 star game. Hey guys, I think it is also important what your ID is because, I Play Global Optc since the First Mihawk Raid and a I have now 4 Legends, Whitebeard, Croc, Boa and Aokiji, but a friend of mine reroll until his first pull give him a legend and he is just playing 1 Year and has 10 Legends, its also the same on Jpn, I just Play Optc jpn now for 1 year and I my first pull was a legend Sabo. The point is guys I have now more Legends on jpn then in Global and I Play Global longer then jpn, but I have got more Legends and I also think that the Rates for jpn are better then Global, but the Main point here is your ID and your First pull

6+ Shanks is one of the worst of them lol? Rob luccis 3.5 atk for Powerhouse is insane I agree on LL,WB and Inthawk but sabo is also just really good as a Ts luffy sub and he is an ok Captain. But please just because 6+ shanks can clear some raids like sabo doesnt mean he is good rob lucci actually is good like very high dmg potential he can clear coliseums and stuff...

Tamildin still mihawk and barto have 100% clear rate and they still don't even have 6+ plus they are both top tier subs that work great in almost any team. I don't see why shanks would be the first choice for anyone.

About movie contents, we all knew that at some point they would come back again (not in the near future), some people said "farm like hell" simply because Shiki, Tesoro and Zephyr are great char (Shiki helps me to clear basically every content until i pulled TS Luffy).
Btw these are two different situations, i believe heathtech's datas are reliable, even without his post any players have noticed that V1 strawhats appears too often, even when they aren't boosted (same for fake gold).
To Shut this situation, Bandai could simply show rates, pretty fair solution.
just to make it clear, i'm not salty at all, i'm not pulling since 2nd Anni (I got TS Luffy during that Sugo) and i'm saving my gems for stamina and 3rd Anni Sugo (or a Guaranteed legend after X multi Sugo).
I still don't have shiki because I was deployed and had no internet during his raid :( I wish I knew if and when he'd come back since I'm a f2p player and only pulled 2 legends in the 2 years that I'm playing :/
Falagar Heathtech is the person that gave us the data,and he is very reliable when giving out data as almost every previous data his given is very accurate.
Not sure what you mean by "we all". I clearly remember people arguing all over reddit about how Shiki is never coming back and is going to be removed from the game and replaced by a different unit. I am talking about way back when he was first released on Japan and later on Global. Obviously after he came back people were less likely to say that (though some still did).
I wasn't trying to say that heathtech's data is unreliable. I was referring to a very specific sentence that was vague and inconclusive and yet people took the worst possible interpretation of it and accepted that interpretation as fact.

I play on global and i realy thought about the mechanic of the pulls too, because i got curious.
In my case i have only 5 legendaries and 1 of them is Saint Charlos (Wuhoo). I Never buyed Gems and all Gems i used are from the story mode, the daly or the islands (stuff like taht).
But on the multi pull, i pulled 5 times in a row Boa Hancock (ofc not on the same pull).
Is that incredible unlucky? I mean there are 28 other legendaries and i was close to stop playing optc because of this mechanic.

A few things/ideas/speculations that weren't spoken about in this video is ....
1. How Players that broadcast or stream have improved rates over those who don't due to exposure & promotion.
In Zeeni's case, him trying to keep order by stopping chaos could be misconstrued as him siding with Bandai proving said idea to be true. It's not hard to conceptualized Bamco could do such a thing without the version player/broadcaster/streamer knowing. Hence not their fault but Bamco instead.
2. How some of the "whales" have already started speaking up in various posts and forum conversations about their boycott, literally some of them posting their pulls.
If we go by this as evidence to support the original post and others in question then that is a start to the proof Zeeni was saying is needed. Because of how "high volume" some of them are (in the thousands for some of them) its not hard to gather said data, but the possibility of each sugo changing rates could still exists not allowing for a consistent rate hence justifying RNG.
3. How the laws (or lack there of) in countries like the US are the very reason why Global is held behind and why probably we in global will never get the pull rates section like in JPN version. Allowing for the continuation of Global being abused in pull rates.
Still we don't know about the other versions, like French and why they haven't implemented the disclosure of pull rates since they have similar gambling laws (dunno if this is true or not)?
4. Many other subjects which deserve people to explore and read for themselves before Forking Bamco.
I've bought a good number of gems but will never buy again until Bandai comes clean about the rates. They implied in past Sugo's that certain types of characters would be rate-increased, but neglected to mention that certain characters' rates are nerfed and those rate increases don't effect Sugofest-Exclusive characters unless specifically mentioned. Bandai deserves a huge hit to their income and all the 1-star reviews they get.
They can at least give us better events with free legends or stuff like that, like in Japan now

We've gathered data that proves that not only you're lying about the rates, but that you take a certain unknown player variable that determines what the player gets from the pulls, thus punishing active and paying players with less than less active and more casual players. Enough proof has be gathered which is strenghtening our assumption. We have to believe, until you prove us wrong by being as transparent as you're on japan, that the rates you claim to offer are simply wrong. We simply have no transparency and based on our gathered data there is no reason to believe you as a company anymore, thus we lost our faith in you as an honest company. I love my Ace team and try almost every fortnight/raid boss with it...! (I have like 10 legends, it's not like he's my only one, but my favorite one.)
And Lucci is extremely powerful, I think he's even better than Whitebeard tbh. And for rather new players who won't be able to get 6+ Whitebeard quickly, Lucci is the better option imo. Same with Sabo. His 6+ evo is awesome but normal 6 star is one of the worst legends in the game.

Wait what? What does not buying gems on jpn have to do with glb. This is a glb issue. Not spending gems on jpn won't fix glb's problem, it will just make it worse for jpn. Not spending gems on glb will however make the glb version make changes or just decide to shut down. Hmmm wonder what they will do? Close down glb or adjust rates and bring players back to spending...yea that seems like a difficult decision for Bandai.

But a speculation that people are more "for" than "against" mainly because everything good JPN gets we don't(or very, very late compared)...Increased skillups and 3rd guaranteed multi comes to mind. We only got the latter once this story broke out and a few days after shit hit the fan like it was a contingency(that sounds more conspiracy theorist than I meant!). I don't mind changes between JPN and Global but it's safe to say we have been getting toyed with long before this was revealed. I don't regret the money I did spend but this story just makes it so I have no problem never feeling the urge to pull again. Started playing Bleach Brave Souls as a 2nd gacha. Different company less risky.
I would say lucci,wb,inthawk,sabo, barto and ace are the best out of these.

Legend Shanks isn't worth of all the time, exp and gems (to farm skill-books) that you need to quadra-max him, when the colloseum Inuarashi has the same dmg output as captain and most of PSY raid bosses are a full board orb manipulators... not to mention that you just can make runs with a friend Borsalino.
Bandai made his 6+ evolution to be an absolute disaster. The worst of them all.
When you need to rely on some characters attack value to argue that they deserve their legend status (hapens the same with QCK Boa... while she still is better than Shanks), turns out to be obvious that they don't.

Raffaele Cantisani Rayleigh as captain allways have been ok. He lacked a decent special, but as a 6+ he became one of the best harmful status remover.
In the other hand there are just better PSY captains than Shanks and QCK captains than v1 Boa. And as sub Boa is well rounded, but being specific there are better boosters, better orb manipulators and better delayers. And Shanks... shortening, he isn't a sub.

I feel you mate, have played for 700+ days, got 3 legends in those days. I'm F2P, never used a dollar on the game, and even though i saved 150 gems for the 2 year ani, i got 1 legend with the double legend rate up. However, when i started playing on jpn during the christmas event, with the first double legend rate up event, i got 8 fuckings legends, with no money used on the game. There is certainly something to this, and I would stop feeding money into the global verison as fast as possible.

Also, I think this is just people with bad luck being butthurt. I did one multi this last Sugo and got Shirohoshi. It looks like lots of people were getting reds this Sugofest. Not everyone, no because there's still no guaranteed drops but still a significant amount.

For harder contents (expecially for grinding) you need some legends, Otherwise it's not fun at all, it's just frustrating.

Considering how terrible Bamco has been with new Legend-tuned content, constant Sugos, powercreep, and general disgusting business practices, I don't think they deserve the benefit of the doubt. Even if this particular tidbit isn't true, player outrage has been a long time coming. Fuck 'em. Also, the "don't spend money if you think the company is evil" course of action doesn't do shit for the population of players with actual gambling problems, being exploited by this genre of games that exists in the grey area inhabited by mobages and loot boxes. Doing something like not buying gems personally doesn't do a thing, because a dozen gacha-addicted players will easily take your place to give Bamco all the money they could ever want.
As for telling people not to have any other response to this but not spending money, how does that do anything? I'm F2P 99% of the time, how does not buying gems this Sugo tell Bamco anything? It's the duty of a mindful consumer to raise hell when something is wrong, and while I agree that we should wait until concrete evidence is out there, the other thing that these companies listen to that isn't whale money is a metaphorical brick through their window. Mass emails, mass tweets, rating bombing, these things all work on other companies like Delightworks, because their players get fucking pissed when a greedy corporation tries to fuck them over. And that stuff about changing our ratings back to 5 stars when there's a Dear John letter response, a few apology gems, and a promise to never do it again? Fuck off. This game is not a 5 star game just because we all play it. This game that shoves new Legends in our faces without any hint of balance or mindfulness to not be putting out grossly overpowered units is not a 5 star game. This game that tries to wring its players dry by subjecting F2P to a terrible slog through new content tuned towards the flavor of the month Legend, then dangles it in front of their faces in Sugo #Whatever of the month is not a 5 star game. You don't reward this shit with praise just because you enjoy playing it.

Anyway, I do agree that someone else needs to verify these rates in the game data. If this comes to be true, it's time to give the game extremely bad reviews like what Pewdiepie fans did for that Firewatch game on Steam. I am all for lynching the game if they are evil scum.

Hey guys, I think it is also important what your ID is because, I Play Global Optc since the First Mihawk Raid and a I have now 4 Legends, Whitebeard, Croc, Boa and Aokiji, but a friend of mine reroll until his first pull give him a legend and he is just playing 1 Year and has 10 Legends, its also the same on Jpn, I just Play Optc jpn now for 1 year and I my first pull was a legend Sabo. The point is guys I have now more Legends on jpn then in Global and I Play Global longer then jpn, but I have got more Legends and I also think that the Rates for jpn are better then Global, but the Main point here is your ID and your First pull
