どうやらいつの間にかオスプレイのことが自分で思ってた以上に大好きになっていたようで、後半倒されても倒されても立ち上がる姿、涙が止まりませんでした… もちろんそれはケニーもだけど。
レフェリーストップしようよ…って久しぶりに思ってしまったぐらい壮絶な戦いでした。
今日オスプレイの入場はマジで痺れた。CHAOS時代のELEVATEDがまさかここで流れるとは思わなかったな、、

全部が全部この試合みたいな試合だったら自分はちょっと見てられないけど、年1・2とかで見たい死闘と呼ぶのが似合うすごい試合だった。後半のケニーの畳みかけが怖すぎて若干引き気味に見てたんだけど、オスプレイの最後の行動からフィニッシュが決まるまでの20秒間、あれは本当に映画のような終わり方で拍手してしまった。すごい闘いを見せてくれてありがとう。

My god Will is incredible! Every time he delivers a promo, it's legit, from the heart, emotional and passionate. When he's in the ring he gives it his all and by the end of this match he looked legitimately hurt, exhausted and demoralized. He makes a win and a loss mean something and gives fans a reason to be invested.
This is exactly what wrestling should be and wrestlers the world over could learn from him.

Will Ospreay has really improved on cutting promos. The acting was so believable- something which a lot of pro wrestlers are unable to do these days. Absolute banger of a match. Kenny had intensity in his voice too.

I've been watching Lucha Libre/Japanese Puroresu and Pro Wrestling since the mid 1970s. Kenny Omega is the best professional wrestler Ive ever seen in my lifetime. Period. His offensive arsenal and his in-ring storytelling is just top-notch. He is the best pound for pound right now worldwide and is the Top of the Food Chain. That match early this morning with Ospreay was damn near perfection. Kenny summoning his inner Sephiroth was epic during the match! The One-Winged Angel indeed! The Best Bout Machine!!!

I grew up watching EMLL (Now CMLL) in Mexico in the mid 70s; also the early 80s territories in the US like Mid South, Houston, Georgia, Mid Atlantic, World Class, Southwest Championship, AWA, etc. and I witnessed some of the greatest legends as a kid and in my early youth.....but in my humble view no one has perfected the verified 3 styles of Mexican Lucha Libre, Japanese Puroresu and US Pro Wrestling like Kenny Omega has; His ability to wrestle in the cultural style of both Mexico and Japan has endeared him to the international fans there too along with his fluency in the Japanese language. He changed the blueprint for others to follow in the industry. As an OG fan he has my kudos and respect.

I'm a Kenny Omega fan but I have to say that Will should be proud of that incredible performance at Wrestle Kingdom. That was one of the best matches I've ever seen.
I feel like I wanna hug him soooo bad to get through this, but man this match was absolutely the best story ever to be told and I really hope he makes this year count no matter where he goes next his friends, family and United Empire will always be behind Osperay

Kenny and Will with the match of the year.... it's January. One of the craziest matches. Didn't see a lot of those spots coming. Just wild. One of my favorite matches ever. Definitely going to need to rewatch a few times. Outstanding work. I knew it'd be good because they're both incredible.... managed to WAY exceed my already high expectations
New Japan's press conference's are next level for sure... Nothing else around wrestling really compares in a kayfabe sense... Beyond just the cursing obviously... they just come off more genuine and heartfelt in the out of breath delivery conducted right after the match and the emotion they are allowed to show. The work inside the ring is pretty solid too.

Kenny Omega cannot be replicated, replaced or erased from NJPW and whole of Pro Wrestling. He had not Wrestled in NJPW for 4 years and came back straight away giving Will Ospreay his best Wrestle Kingdom match ever. Kenny Omega should never be doubted or disrespected for his contributions to NJPW and Pro Wrestling.

I was there live and it was easily match of the night. Even the crowd let out a loud ahhhhh when Will was dropped on the turnbuckle! The crowd absolutely lost it when the one winged angel happened. The screens set up to do the whole Sephiroth wing and the song. It was perfect. And I'm not even up to the storytelling of the match where osprey was basically fighting from behind most of the match.

classic match,. Will has nothing to be ashamed of. this match had no loser. Will is GOATED imo. kenny had to summon the spirit of sephiroth to defeat Will. Kenny went into demon mode. super Akuma mode. there was nothing more you could do Will. Kenny is the MAN!

Everytime I witness Ospray in the ring its reassures my opinion that he is the greatest wrestler in the world today. I've never ever seen him have one bad match. He is just different class.

Heart was in my throat throughout the match which was the match of the night. I came for Kenny and was not disappointed. I really do not know how Kenny continues to top himself again and again. That being said, Will was absolutely phenomenal.
