- Hi everyone,
We made this video walking in Trabzon's Beşirli neighbourhood and along the coastline - including a visit to the soccer stadium of Trabzon Spor. Also, we included some footage from a visit to a traditional village outside of Rize where the tea leaves for the famous Turkish tea are growing.
Beşirli is a nice neighbourhood in the West of Trabzon and you can reach it easily from the city center taking a dolmus. We found that it's very easy to take a dolmus in this city to get around, just tell one of the drivers your destination and they will point you to the correct location from where the particular dolmus leaves. To get from the Meydan area to Beşirli the dolmus ride costs 3 TL.
We reached the village South of Rize with a bus tour we took to the Ayder Plateau. There were some stopovers along the way and we took the opportunity to explore the lovely countryside with its tea plantations.
We hope you will enjoy this video!
