To see when the golems attacks while baiting him is to see the lights of your glove if it covers even a little part of the golen he will attack you. Hope this helped 👋

Another tip is to only attack guide when he moves forward, as he can move forward to you while you're attacking him, causing damage. Also, don't do what he did here. You should face him head on and slap him, lightly flicking, if you move to the side theres a higher chance he will hit you. One thing you might notice is that guide has a slap cooldown for a second. Try to get the right timing to slap him right after his slap.
If you wanna practice I suggest doing it with extra heart with regen then once you beat it like 3 times go ahead and do only regen and you practice that enough then go ahead and do it with only extra and once you get an attempt with 2 hearts or more your ready for the badge(sorry for the long paragraph)
Any of my perfect attempts ends on the “glitchy golem” as I call it the one that glitches into 3rd phase bc the speed of tracks isn’t enough sometimes and to fix that I usually get hit by 4th or 3rd track just to prevent this…
obtaining this badge is the most soul-crushing experience i’ve ever had the displeasure of partaking in. one stray hit by a track before you get to the final phase and the run is basically over since it’s basically impossible to dodge guide’s slaps, even with techniques and strategies. it really sucks that the Slap Battles devs has to do stuff like this if they want to make a powerful glove, cause if they want to make an op glove, it’s a better idea to make it quite rare to see, and in order to do that they have to make the challenge to obtain it GROSSLY unfair and infuriating. i hate this game sometimes and it’s not even its fault. since the player count of this game is so high, they have to make the experience to get powerful gloves the most emotionally exhausting thing to do if they want to make it rare.
true, it's also very demotivating how 98% of the people who got this badge either used exploits or were carried via account sharing by someone with exploits
another piece of advice is keep your graphics low. High graphics can cause worse lag & internet connection, resulting in your death (this also makes the meteor fog more transparent & arena brighter in my opinion)
I would say if you know the secret about the left path then take that route instead of right if you are trying to get nah I'd win so you can skip Golen and avoid the risk of losing health
I think a nice QoL thing that I wish would be added is checkpoints At certain points of solo runs (such as Sbeve parkour or the Maze(s)) you can unlock a checkpoint that allows you to be able to spawn there. Would make getting this badge way less head ache inducing
At the begin, you can just go to left if you know the shortcut it's more safe because you just can't lose a heart even thought it takes a bit more time. Also if you do the glitch for potatolord you can literally make him noclipping and going thought the wall, it's way faster also if you jump and click at the same time it has higher chance of freezing him. Also as he won't even slap you and die, the tournament music will not even start lol.
If u go in the right side of the train u dont have to bait the train, u can go walking In potato lord u can push him to the void That way you save the 30 seconds that the potato lasts.
Tip for golem on phase 2 (everything speeds up) do 2 hits first then run away and get the last 3 hits in. (It’s harder to do three hits first because of conveyor still in play) plus, it’s still 5 hits in total.
Tip: there is a shortcut on other path when u start move backwards and use lamp then jump and move forward (idk if this works but if u go with 2 players one with regen and extra and one without those need to be careful to nit die then the extra jumps off while guide is at 1 hp the none extra will slap guide then u get badge I think)
Thanks dude but heres a tip for all phases. 1:when the golem spawns DON'T RUN. because you can chesse it by going away when you slap the golem then come and kill it. 2:when the tracks become fast always slap delay. A slap delay is when you slap before something comes and you slap it. 3:when the guide telports in your face i recommend to jump and slap him. Btw, there’s another easy trick on hoe to kill potato boss which will completely insta kill him. First, once you enter you have to go behind potato boss and slap him. Then, run to the bottom right corner while facing the potato boss as he chases you. Once you are on the wall, slap him while facing him and he will teleport off the map, which kills him. Hope this helps!😊 (you won’t get banned for this)
One time when I was measuring to see how many hearts I would lose during guide fight (regen only no 4 hearts max)when I reached his third phase after 2-3 slaps the cutscene triggered and I easily got my hunter glove Best thing ever ngl

I love how my ping makes fighting the golems literally impossible and my rng is so incredibly bad that with the nerfs I still got teleport slapped twice in 30 seconds and have been dying for 50 hours now. This fight sucks, Tencell did no playtesting either. The golems hitboxes prove that. Nothing makes sense anymore, I will get all the way to the end just for the golem to hit me even though I am nowhere near him making me get comboed despite I-frames. Am I just unlucky or is this normal?
@@BasedPatch ping is why sometimes the hitboxes are so crazy, if your ping is 100 that basically means where you are on your screen is actually where you are a tenth of a second later. This can make the hitboxes really unfair on the client side, like if your ping is 500 that means when dodging a golem you are where you were half a second ago, and with such a tight timing that can be fatal. I ended up getting avatar, and actually no hitting everything, all I needed was some good ping and rng, which I got. The fight is hot garbage to sit through on lower end pcs though, and unless you really, really want the glove I would not suggest someone try it. If your pc or phone or whatever is bad, the fight is absolutely horrible, and the entire thing comes down to hopefully having a run where the tracks dont freeze and teleport to you due to lag. It was just a miserable experience for me overall, and even if I did pull it off, I refuse to say the fight is good. It is normally, but it really seems like the playtesting for the badge was minimal, and the update was released too prematurely.

Phase 2 Is better than phase 2, Because only 3 or more krakens spawns. And that's helpfull because at phase 1 You have an high chance to be jumped by multiples krakens at the same time by another kraken spawning right where i'm ragdolled.

No you can’t the smash hitbox is bigger than the smash itself so don’t try to jump over it, he just does it so it keeps him little bit farther from the hit

Each time i turn the car tilts and does full 360s while sometimes even reaching the ceiling of the maze and the car be hovering above the air when i drive. I sometimes have to go on foot bc the car fully flips over and is undrivable. When i see him use the car its completely flat on the ground😢

if u dont know going left skips golem cus u go down a black pit like walk backwards then jump then walk forwards if ur on pc its ez to see
0:22 theres a path to the left to entirely skip the golem obby, its less risky so i would recommend going there instead of right
imo the golem obby is really easy and way faster but yeah i should've included the left

Go left after your chase with Terry, if you jump don't and walk backwards then forwards you can get past without taking damage.

As of August 1st, at 1:33 I think this is patched. The strat now (Potato Lord takes knockback) is to slap him when your timer gets to 2-1 seconds.

While conveyor is active on p2 and you see last track just go in conveyor direction and spam slap while looking at track (always works)

Probably you are not having the correct direction or you are laggy

Another huge factor is ping if i have 100~ ping i can make it to the 2nd phase and beyond but if it spike to 200+ ONCE im pretty much dead

its actually safe to get 4 hits on the golem, you can actually hit it 5 times and instantly kill it but the final hit will happen RIGHT before it attacks and is very risky and very close, but very possible
Note fhe trains can rebound back every like ehat 5 seconds so go fast in that part
