My husband took a China Cabinet card I'd made INTO the post office to make certain there was enough postage. They weighed it and charged 88 cents. A couple of weeks later it came back to us marked "insufficient postage" Now I put 3 or 4 stamps on the envelope. Those square cards are a killer but they are so pretty.

Enjoying your helpful videos. I have a little tip for you...I type a poem (with proper acknowledgement of the author) or I write one, or just a personal message to the recipient) I type on my ipad because I don't like my handwriting. I print it on plain white paper (or a color) and use one of Anna's dies (there are SO many that work for this) to cut the message out. If I have done it in white and the card "needs" it, I cut a very narrow shadow layer to compliment the interior. If the card has too many elements inside to do this, I adhere it to the back of the card or make a pocket and put the note there. It has cost me $6 to mail some of my heavily embossed and layered cards. Before COVID, I made my own flowers and put them on most of my cards... access to the post office was too difficult to do that during early COVID. Keep up the good work! beautiful! got the die set can't wait to try it as well! I paid about 4$ per christmas card to mail, they were Heartfelt creations 6x6 very dimensnional, I was ok w that the were in the plastic case as well! write a note to put in your cards!
