Its funny, Bill never plans to have a destination wedding with Katie. He took Brooke to Monte Carlo and here he wants to take Steffy to an island he owns, always these grand gestures for anyone but Katie. And yet, we are subjected again to a 03rd try of Batie....and still no real shot at Still!!!
Honestly I'm so disappointment that they killed of the STILL 2.0 SL and the possibility of Bill and Steffy, they have now Steffy hand Liam over to Hope so LOPE can happen again, Steffy claims that LOPE is meant to be, Steffy is also relaunching her lingerie line meanwhile Hope will be getting bigger and bigger and Steffy will be wearing and showing off her lingerie and Liam won't be able to resist. So than the whole '' Love Trangle From Hell '' starts all over again, smh. They literally rejected the STILL SL [ which in my opinion would off been the change the show needed ] in order for this stupid trangle. I bet in another few months we will see the Hope/Liam/Steffy saga all over again, not to mentioned there's rumors of Katie/Bill happening again since their son is being recast. Ugh I'm so dispoinnted, its like STILL will never get a chance.
I don't think this Bill/Steffy thing is over, and as far as Katie goes she is not going to go back to Bill. She's been down that road three times and it always ends badly. I think this is a one off scenes where they talk about Steffy and what has been happening plus it gives Bill time with his son. Bill is trying to be the good guy that Steffy wants so this is what he is doing, he's not scheming or manipulating but giving Liam some sound advice come the 9th? or 10th. And it seems Liam takes it. Steffy told him she doesn't love nor will she ever love the guy he has become. So I think he's trying to become the man she wants him, or more less knows he can be. The show has yet to be renewed for 2019, if Bell is smart he'd have this turn into a Quad with Bill with Steffy down the road. I guess we'll see.
Hopefully so, it would be a waste and defeat the purpose of this current SL of Steffy learning to let go off Liam. I'm still hopeful for STILL happening.

Steffy, since hitting her head on the tub, is always blaming Bill for something and I'm kind of sick of it. Yes, Bill put all of this into motion, not the part where Liam kissed Sally, but after Bill and Steffy slept together he did, and I cannot lie, he manipulated the situation, but and this is a very big one, Steffy needs to realize Bill might have manipulated her and lied but he didn't tell Liam to have sex with Hope, to propose to Hope and he didn't tell Liam to say "I love you" to her either. All of that, that happened is all on Liam and only Liam. Sometimes, sometimes I think this is all Steffy's revenge on Hope and Liam and sometimes I just think she forgot who she truly is and why she fell in love with Bill in the first place. It was his take no for answer, don't back down, ruthless asshole side of him. She loves it. It seems though she had a personality change once Liam saved her from drowning. I think once she softens to Bill things are going to be back to the way it was, how long that takes? it's anyways guess. Writer is saying she doesn't love Bill but she was deeply in love with him before she hit her head and woke up in love with liam. But as far as u am seeimg steffy is a prop for hope and Liam's marriage to be interesting. Once steffy is single hope would always make her an issue
