How do you use white charcoal pencil sketches without it affecting the paint? I use that technique too, I sketch it out with the white charcoal pencil but the pencil adds white to the paint. Am I using the wrong type of pencil or do you fix it before you paint?
no, not intentionally. I do understand the connection though and the subliminal effect Dali has had on my work since being introduced t this work as a child:)

i fix it and apply some matte medium before painting over it:)

You can slow down your settings. There are hours of work in one piece.
That doesn’t seem to work very well on an iPad. If it slows down, the picture goes out of focus. Is there anyway to fix that? Thanks
