At 0:32 I believe you misstated a fact. I do not believe that Vitamin K1 is converted to K2 in the liver, but rather it is the gut microbes that make the conversion while vegetables containing K1 is still in the digestive system.
This topic is not covered in enough detail. This may be due to the fact that the understanding of the vitamin K2 and all of it’s subforms as being more than or different from its better known brother K1 has really only come to be better understood over the past 10 years or so.
There is a man named Patrick Theut, who claims that Vitamin K2 (the exact form was not clear and I assume he was talking about K2 in the form of Mk7) along with other supplements, took his coronary calcium score from 350ish to zero. He also made other dietary changes but to eliminate coronary calcium is a big deal (assuming the underlying plaque was also eliminated). The minutiae of his decalcification needs to be make clear, in a simple straightforward manor as possible with out the technical biochemistry. That understanding will come with a better understanding of all the forms and subforms of Vitamin K…
This is one video of Patrick Theut talking about how he eliminated his coronary calcification. th-cam.com/video/mF5ftZuCuvs/w-d-xo.html

Where do I find the video(s) on bone health you recommend we watch at 1:11 of this video? I have looked all over your account and I don’t see anything titled like that snd there is no play list by that name.

Hello Amanda thank you so much for your informative video on Vitamin K. As you mentioned I am on a baby aspirin regimen does this mean that I should incorporate more vitamin K foods into my diet? Thank you so much!
