Miatas At The Gap XV, July 29-31, 2011 - A Highlight Video

Miatas At The Gap XV, a gathering of Miata enthusiasts at Deals Gap, North Carolina, took place the weekend of July 29-31, 2011. This is a video of highlights from the event, including footage from The Tail Of The Dragon, Moonshiner 28, the vendor's area at Fontana Village, the Thursday Night Sunset Run on the Cherohala Skyway, the Fat Buddies BBQ Run down Wayah Road, the gathering at Fontana Dam for the group picture, the Saturday Night Beer Swap and Wine Tasting and of course the beautiful scenery. Enjoy the highlights along with my music, which was written specifically for this event.
Special thanks to Fontana Village Resort, Fontana Dam, NC for yet again going above and beyond to make sure we all had a great time. We will be back for MATG XVI!

@f86sabjf I did get a new camera mount, very astute observation! I got a VideoPerch. The "hold up" was a US Forest Service Police driver's license checkpoint. They basically stopped every car and checked the driver's license and plate to make sure they were not expired. Apparently it's pretty common around there.

nice did you change your camera mount this year?? Seems to be a little shaky compared to years past. what was the hold up at the 7min mark??
