Couple of tips. Don't try to fly. Then you won't glitch so often. Don't grind bloodline in an event. You are losing free muscle and letting people pass you. Bloodline is not as important as muscle.

I use a macro that equips stomp for a split second then equips my weight again so grinding bloodline doesnt make me lose any muscle
