I just got an 87 samurai, and the dash looks like it's from 1987! 😉 I'm gonna give this a shot, it's a hard plastic dash so I figure it's similar enough to the exterior plastic. Appreciate you trying the product for this and showing the results.!
question how long does it last before it starts coming back faded like before? (and also can i use this on other interior parts such as very faded doors)
Thanks for the video! I want to follow your lead on this, but I am concerned about the shine. I don’t prefer the wet look, like Armor All. After having it on there for a while, what do you think? Can you provide a follow up pic or short pan over video? Thanks again!!
What can I do to remove thick white spots on the black plastic part and headlamps glass caused by water leakage (it's very hard water mixed up with ceiling paint) from the ceiling?
Brother i have Daihatsu mira 2014 model and its black colour interior plastic is damaged or would i say colour or polish just peeled off/faded don't know what to say... Can it be restored?
Kiwi black shoe dye! watched a video with a guy comparing this to a heat gun and it is way worth using this stuff. Gonna use it myself. I have black interior looking specled faded and light scuffs and scratches. I read in his comments a guy suggested the best way was to use this kiwi dye and then heat gun was best as treats plastic so heat gun wont dry it out as other videos suggest.
For headlights I have already seen close to a year but that’s because I have only been using it just about a year. So far it’s been performing fantastic on my work truck.
I done this to a Chrysler town and country. The cerakote barely made a difference. Yours looks like it had a lot more product on the little wipe than mine does. I'm going to go over it again in hopes it will help. My dashboard is grey looks like yours was to.
@@AndysAutoCarePlus I've contacted cerakote about this product. I imagine I should hear something back from them fairly quick. Thanks for the video though. I thought maybe I had done something wrong. I hadn't this is the second time I've used this product. I did it exactly the same way each time. Washed, rinsed and dried before I applied it. BTW I bought the same exact product you sent a link to.
A super star entertainer autographed my car fender with a felt tip marker that faded away even though the car was stored away. Is there a method to bring out the autograph??? Thanks!
As someone who has painted miniatures, I would suggest maybe protecting what’s left under some sort of clear coat? Assuming the autograph isn’t completely faded away
okay I suggest to not use it on hard plastic interior surfaces, I have heard some large complaints of ruining the entire interior for wherever they applied it to.

How long did this finish last?
I’ve already sold this vehicle, but in the time I had it, it never got dull or anything, and worked great
what was the product ?
How long it lasts
When using this on an interior, I haven’t even seen any failure on it in multiple years.
I'm not going to do the whole dash...... So he does the whole dash
Lol I know right I couldn’t help it lol
How long does it last?
I sold the vehicle but it was still looking awesome when sold.
i have the same problem on a 2007 accord with brown interior. what did you use ???
Bro I love it! PLEASE KEEP US POSTED! Do you use the trim product on headlights or do you use their dedicated headlight product?
I use it on headlights as well.
@@AndysAutoCarePlus wow awesome to know. How well does it hold up?
For headlights I have already seen close to a year but that’s because I have only been using it just about a year. So far it’s been performing fantastic on my work truck.
@@AndysAutoCarePlus thats awesome! no need to buy their headlight kit...
How do you get rid of that old circle mark from old adhesives?
Thanks I’m gonna try this on my sun faded interior on my XJ
Did it work
Use a heat gun then apply tin coat of coconut oil let sit for 5 to 10 minutes wipe clean will be as new I do it all the time cheap and works
Neat idea but food oils will go rancid eventually (ask me how I know!). Maybe a mineral oil would be slightly better?
thank you for this! gonna buy this for my boyfriends car so i can surprise him. i’ll save this video and update you!!
Awesome!

Great job. I just ordered some. Cheers
What's is the name of this product .
Cyracote. Product link is in the description
I need to try this in my 08 legacy. Looks really good, and didnt require you to tear the interior of the car apart to get the dash out. Im Sold.
Would you still recommend this product to restore a dash? (3 years later?)
Can I use this if acetone got caught on my dashboard and left a white residue ?
Great video! Is it greasy to the touch? I need to do my door and don't want grease on my clothes. Thanks!
No, this dried completely but I only recommend on very dried out services
How did you keep it off the glass? And if you get it on glass would it cause problems getting it off?
Just got to be careful and don’t rush it. And if you do get it on the glass, just use a couple microfiber to get it off immediately.

It’s definitely been a while since I applied it and it still looks great so I don’t know about that.
@@AndysAutoCarePlus I mean if it's soft touch it should be fine, just not the hard plastic dash though.
Does it produce any strong smells after it has dried ?
I haven’t noticed anything and as a side note still looks amazing!
Same thing I was wondering about the smell of chemicals with the widows wind up in AC just want to know if it's safe to breathe
How does it look now?
Still looks great!

Would this product be alright for vinyl door trims that have faded?......
It might work. I would say do a small test spot first.
How long dose it take to fade out? Im lookin to do this to my f250 dash
hi can i use wd40 instead of this?
