It's china and union won't change much, since job market there is crazy, millions of people thriving for a work oportunity. Also the heating is controlled by the government and they shut it time to time so they can reduce CO2 emissions. Sad, but thats how some things work there.
Every one of these employees will be out of their jobs once robotics has been fully implemented. There is literally nothing they are doing that cannot be done by robots.
There will be new jobs that will be formed. For every new introduction of technology newer jobs would take there place. People thought with the introduction of photography, painters would loose their. Quite the opposite happen, more painters were produced and bigger salary came and more photographers and new jobs are made. Same thing with AI art. More Artist and more photographers will come about to cater it's needs and new jobs for AI will come too. Because the very very core, the very essence of doing jobs, work, produce or art is to cater to Human needs. Period. That didn't change for the entire Human existence.
@@inisipisTV It's incredible how naive a person can be. Corporations are only interested in profit and nothing else. If a robot takes your place at work and you get fired, no one in the world will care about your needs. I have not seen that people who have lost their jobs have all become artists, musicians and great philosophers. They all eke out a miserable existence on welfare. And it will only get worse.
