- Winter has gone and getting warm outside these days!!
YES spring has come around here in Kyoto again also this year, the flowers & trees came to life with the coming of spring.
The beginning of April in Japan is the month for cherry trees to blossom throughout the country and brings crowds of people to the famous parks, Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples.
I would definitely recommend coming in spring or fall if you are ever able to come to Japan. Hope you enjoy!!

youtuを開く度この動画を開きます。すると、とっても気持ちが和らぎます。「京都はいいですよね」。それに、若い人が着物を着ているのを見るのはとても素敵。私は五十数年前に修学旅行で京都に行ったのが最後、その時に早朝、西陣辺りの旅館から一人抜け出して、市電に乗って八坂神社の大きな桜を見に行ったのが今でも良い思い出になってます。

I had the privilege to see the blossoming of cherry trees when I lived in Totsuka-ku, Yokohama near. That was in 2001/2002, when I lived in Japan. I miss many of Japan, a fantastic country with a highly educated people.

I watched this video many times. Spring is the best season to visit Japan to view the cherry blossom.
I have watched this video dozens upon dozens of times. I was already in love with the beautiful country of Japan, but this video made me fall in love with Kyoto specifically. It is my dream and plan to visit here one day and record my travels to share with others in the hopes that we can all experience it’s beauty together.

Even I’m Japanese, to escape our busy daily life, I sometimes want to go to Kyoto which makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. There is some places like sanctuary such as temple and shrine. You may get some energetic power in there. Also seeing beautiful pink flower, cherry blossom, SAKURA lead you to a dream world.

When I went to Kyoto last month I was very much impressed with the kindness and politeness of Japanese people as well as with Japanese cultural heritages ... Because of some historical and diplomatic problems, the image of Japan is not so good in my homeland Korea. ... but I wish that someday Japan and Korea will be a true friends ...I love Kyoto and Kyoto people. 乃

Ever since I was a little girl, I adored cherry trees and someday I hope to see the cherry blossoms for myself. Right now though I don't have the means, but seeing this brought tears to my eyes ! Gorgeous !
