So glad I took the day off to watch "ember knights" the movie. The silence towards the end amplified the tension of the difficulty increase
if it helps any apples you see if you dont need the 5hp they give you can cut them in half with sword or scythe and they'll give you +1 dmg stat instead

as you upgrade the buddy revive you get 4 revives at 25% the 1 revive is you at 100%
the scythe is such a good weapon personally with the best relics for crit and healing on it i think its the best one, beat the game solo in like 24 minutes with it its absolutely insane
Crit probably best build, Health on crit, skills on crit, skills give armor, etc = spam
to the right of the ember tree theres an "!" i think that unlocks a store which gives you stuff before your run starts
If one person goes the best money perk and another goes max reroll perk, theoretically you could create the perfect build by spamming rerolls on the relic selector and spam rerolls in the shop unless the rerolls are consumable then just pick the perk that gives you more relic options.
1: temporary damage boost to all players
2: groups enemies
3: refreshes 1 skill for everyone
4: heals everyone 10
5: casts lightning
6: casts meteor that deals massive damage
Took me a while to figure out what the dice does and I still don't know if perfect throws change it.

1:23:48 right after squirrel was done in stats selector, he had an option to revive himself by pressing "A" when you look at squirrel name...
that would just be him using his own revive, not cartoonz other player revive
he doesn't wanna get res from the revive they have cause next room has fountain which is free res
