"This is the last person to believe in Jesus" - I was told by a friend early on when I became a christian in 2003 how this was just another trend in my life. Here I am today, still holding on to Christ, and I haven't seen all good days even after I gave myself to Jesus. That is even more testament to me that he never leaves us and that the faith I have is all due to him. It's easy to be a believer when life is easy, and it's in trials we see how Jesus really can be built upon for you life:
"Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything." (James 1:2-4, NIV)

Praise the Lord! It's been a little over just 2 years since Christ saved me from my dark path I was going down. Yes Christ is still working to this day and he is the King above all!

Am an addict myself, in 2018,I surrendered to our lord and begged his help..I was on another rock bottom, I've had so many...in that week, I went on medication, and stopped using heroine.. its been 4-5 years now,no alcohol either..

❤❤❤ Oh Elisha- I’m so happy for you my brother in Christ!!!!! I’ve watched you and Jeff for about a year and absolutely enjoy your conversations with people! I came to faith on7/23/23. I can relate to the manner in which you came to the foot of the cross. At my saving moment I began to cry so deeply. I can’t remember having any thoughts in my mind, but at the same time it was thoughts of Jesus and the Father. I repented and put my faith in Jesus Christ.
Interestingly this occurred during a nasty thunderstorm in Texas. I didn’t think of that when I walked out into the heavy rain. I stood there dripping with rain. I had no thoughts to do this, I just did. This is the work of the Holy Spirit--AMEN!!!

What amazes me more is that since i surrendered to our lord, and continue daily, since then,ive struggled a lot,and found myself hearing from the word,i kept hearing:never forget my sins that lord jesus took on the cross, for me...everyday i remember something unpleasant or sinful i did before..it always humbles me..i cannot seem to snap out of it..feeling guilty for wasting my whole life..from first week i landed in London, 33 years ago,i was on heroin..ìt took all my adult life from me..lucky for you elisha,you came back home, and your father was waiting for you..with that love and support for you, you had a good chance..anyway, thank god you're back to our lord, and him blessing you with a family of your own..may our lord protect you and your family from all evil amen
