Considering everything Tendo got hit with and everything he did, his durability was depleted so it was no question that the rasengan beat him. In this battle it was only a matter of time before Tendo was broken.
@Mugen They are thinking of reviving the series, with a larger budget, in fact I would be satisfied just with that they do this battle well, the most important of all in my opinion. Pain won three times, however the script helped Naruto.

When King starts playing..I cry almost every time..such a beautiful song..and portays the emotion so well for the scenes it plays on..
