One thing I’ve found that helped me get better with each shoot was feedback forms (when appropriate).
It’s a great opportunity to receive feedback from department heads, and learn what they would need if you worked with them again in the future. Even better if you can get on the phone with them.
The pace on the day of is usually too high that you don’t get to have reflective/constructive feedback on set but its always huge when people are willing to give feedback to help us all get better, as well as more empathetic on future jobs :-)

Absolutely agree. I’ve got a Feedback tab in the production bible. It’s really helpful to write things down right away & collect that feedback before people forget

EXCELLENT VIDEO WITH GREAT ADVICE!!! I just have one question. I saw that Studio Binder does a lot of the processing that you were doing throughout different Google sheets. Are you familiar with it, and/or is there a reason you prefer this workflow compared to Google Sheets?
