Gloria Winters and Donna Douglas of the Beverly Hillbillies (who died in 2015) had many similar qualities. They were both pretty, perky as well as very good actresses. As well, Gloria and Donna both portrayed characters who were quite sweet and innocent, for the most part.

He implicitly blamed Timothy Leary. After his death the media informed us, oh by the way, that LSD connection to Miss Linkletter, NOT TRUE. We only circulated the story...Out of kindness, I suppose.
