- These are the last few cross country fences from the 2024 GVRDC Spring horse trials held in Geneseo, NY 6.2.2024.
In this video, I am riding my 2020 thoroughbred gelding, Rye. This was Rye's first recognized event and first time being out alone on cross country. We opted to trot into all of the fences to give him confidence and a good experience. He had a sticky show jumping round, but was clean and easy out on cross country. We finished 8th in our division.
