    Rabbi. This teaching was especially for me. Since childhood I lost my light, covering up the pain and detached in ways , not complete. I have attempted to show my good side, inside hurting from the abuse I went through. Before I heard this lesson, I prayed from my heart this year to go to the dark places and become whole. Thank you for this teaching.
