Karya Siddhi Hanuman Temple is one of the largest and most beautiful temples located at 12030 Independence Parkway in Frisco, Texas. Founded by His Holiness Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji. The architecture was designed in a unique traditional Indian temple which makes it stand out. It is also a great place to visit if you want a satisfying spiritual experience.
“Karya means wish or act. Siddhi means realizing. Karya Siddhi Hanuman is one who fulfills your wishes”. When Sadguru’s Sankalpa & blessings are there, anything is possible & miracles do happen.
A strongly recommended Hindu place of worship in the Dallas area. Very peaceful and calm place, with stunning architecture and divine ambiance. A must-place for all devotees.
It was on a Friday we paid a visit to this temple. Perfect blue sky with scattered clouds, looks very bright and beautiful. It is just 12 miles from our place. We started at 9:40, after 20 mins ride, we reached here by 10 o’clock. This temple opens Monday to Friday from 8 am to 1 pm and 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 8:30 pm. We kept our footwears outside and entered inside. Very beautiful and well-organized place. It has seven main deities that were consecrated by His Holiness Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji. While the main deity is Sri Karya Siddhi Hanuman, the temple celebrates all major Indian festivals with their associated deities. Diyatys
The main offering of this temple is Hanuman Thoram - Considered a method to offer sincere and specific prayer to Load Hanuman to gain relief. The Thoram is a green thread with 13 knots that is tied while chanting Karya Siddhi Hanuman Mantras.
Lord Hanuman is considered to be immortal, ubiquitous, and omnipotent. Chiranjeevi, sarvashaktivat and sarvavyapi in Sanskrit. Lord Hanuman is also a specialist in the nine types of devotion with an excellent character worthy of emulation by all. With his undying devotion, Lord Hanuman’s greatness lies in his complete selfless surrender to Lord Rama.
Beautiful painting inside the temple shows the story of Hanuman Right from his birth to the entire Sundarakanda episodes in Ramayana.
Facilities of the temple includes a Yoga center, cafeteria, meditation room, library, and organic vegetable garden. This huge traditional Indian temple is very welcoming, and you will feel the sacred vibrations when you visit this temple. Moreover, they are very accommodating to their devotees and visitors, a well-maintained premises and ample parking space. This place can bring you solace (sawles) and inspiration when you are experiencing uncertainty in your life.
They also offer plenty of activities such as cultural programs, community activities, art, and other religious classes.
Let’s walk through the History of this temple:
It was the conviction of Sri Ganapathy Sachidananda Swamiji to build a place of worship for Hindus and Hanuman devotees of Dallas area. In 2007, with the blessings of Swamiji, devotees in Dallas area purchased 10 acer land for the temple in Frisco. Construction started in 2008. In July 2009, Swamiji inaugurated the 10,000 square feet building (including classrooms and a kitchen), known as Hanuman Cultural Center and the temple officially opened with the Praana Prathistha of Lord Hanuman.
The construction for the current structure of 33000 square feet was started in 2013 with a ceremony to build the main Hanuman Garbha Gudi with Indian granite. And later it was built in several stages.
The Maha Kumbhabhishekam was conducted by His Holiness Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji on July 23, 2015, with approximately 10,000 people in attendance. The presiding deity is Lord Hanuman along with Ram Parivaar. Praana Prathishta was also completed for Ganapathy, Subramanya Swami, Dattatreya, Lord Shiva, Durga Devi, and Navagrahas.
Karya Siddhi Hanuman Temple Rajagopura was inaugurated by Parama Pujya Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji on July 20th, 2019.
The Indianization of the complete Karya Siddhi Hanuman Temple exteriors was successfully completed in Dec 2020. It is a miracle and only through the grace, compassion, and vision of His Holiness Parama Pujya Sri Swamiji that the Indianization was completed, and the beautiful Temple is ready for all Dallas & US devotees to enjoy. The last set of Shilpis were honored for their excellent service for many months to complete the Indianization.
The construction of the building is done by a team of around 30 artisans from India with one Garbhagudi dedicated to Lord Hanuman and accompanied by 3 gopuras. The temple was later modified further on the theme of Dravidian style.
