These are old stocks model. The price of model 3 is $40,000 and tax should be paid against $40,000 and then other expenses should be added but what they are doing is adding tax against initial price, shipping charges and other expenses. And many other childish calculation just to cover their expenses as they have bought it in old taxation system. They are trying their best to make sure they won't get in loss. Tesla cars will be more cheaper if tesla officially enters in nepal.

That is what extractive administrations like ours do. They tax cars at unreasonable rates, allow trading cartels to import cars at exorbitant prices and protect them from the competition. It is understandable that handling an economy like ours requires to have heavy checks and balance on imports, but allowing and protecting only handful traders and leaving the customers at their mercy just alienates public from safer and proper transport opportunities.
