So if Mufasa never dies what happens to Scar? Does Mufasa and Simba figure out his treachery and kill Scar off sooner? Or would he just get banished because Mufasa doesn't have the heart to kill his brother? If thats the case then Scar would be alive during the events of Lion King 2 plotting revenge with Zira and the hyenas making their army even stronger.

So I guess by your description, if Mufasa were still alive, he would be proud of Simba's redemption and claimed his respectful place in the throne. Now how would he react if he noticed Kovu and Kiara had a relationship of sorts, leading up to Simba banishing Kovu?

TVnGames Brandon i somewhat disagree with you brother. First of all unlike scar Mufasa is an extremely strong and powerful lion he can never be touched by the hyenas. Scar was killed by the hyenas because he is a very weak lion physically so its easy for the hyenas to kill him and thats not the case with mufasa being a strong and big lion. Mufasa would easy destroy all the hyenas in his way especially in his peak anger for discovering that scars betrayed him. Literally no hyena no matter how many could stand in mufasas way. Second thing scar can never think of other plan in at all for he has literally no time. Mufasa would sly him before he can blink an eye. Finally scar can never never touch simba for the same reason. Simba is not alone he already have his father killing his uncle so he can never even get near simba.. and to remind mufasa is different it makes no sense that if scar is killed by the hyenas that mufasa would face the same thing.. scar is weak very weak so its easy for the hyenas to kill him... mufasa on the other hand is extremely powerful so the hyenas would never never never ever dare to even think of getting near mufasa. Mufasa would kill the hyenas effortlessly due to his strength... and sorry brother if i bugged you with my long comment.n_n

If Mufasa didn't die then The Lion King would've been a totally different story, because Mufasa's death is the reason this story even happened. But I did like how you were daring enough to twist the story. I just don't get what would be the point, but idk maybe it's just me.

It could also be that Mufasa survived the fall but got unconscious. When Simba find him i believe his dead is dead and run away. And when he return to pride rock he see his father alive. And if Simba ask why his parents never looked for him if Mufasa is alive they thought that their son was dead because of Scar's lie.

Here is my own;
Scar tries to kill mufasa but he survives Mufasa exiles him
He runs off into the Desert Timon and Pumbaa find half dead rescue him and teach him the hakuna matata way.
Meanwhile in the outlannds the hyenas are planning an Invasion on the pride lands. Back in the pride lands Simba is now a fully grown Lion and misses his uncle( Mufasa has not told him what he did yet)
Mufasa says scar can never return to their pride. Simba secreatly runs off to find his uncle and return him to the pride. Meanwhile Scar and Timon and Pumba are going abt their worry free lives when Simba who has passed out from dehydration. Timon and Pumba are but Scar wants to help him ( not knowing it's his nephew).
When Simba comes to he recognizes Scar immediately
Simba: Uncle?
Scar: Who are you
Simba: it's me Simba
Scar: Simba?!!!
They have a long and emotional momment Scar convinces Scar to come back yo the pride lands ( scar reluctantly agrees) and they go of course with Timon and Pumba.
On returning to pl And Mufasa seeing immediately is enraged
Mufasa: Scar I thought I banished you. You know the penalty for returning to the pride lands
Simba: father calm down whatever he did am sure you can forgive him he is your brothers
Mufasa: Simba he is not my brother a brother wouldnt try to the other.
Simba: what are you Talking abt
Mufasa: oh ur dear uncle didn't tell you hw he tried to kill me he didn't tell how the stampeed in the gurge was his doing, Brother am disappointed
Simba: uncle tell it isn't true... Telll it isn't
Scar: Simba.... I ..... .... I
Simba : you liar everything you ever told me was a lie. Get outta here
( Timon and Pumba follw him into some fields outside the pride lands
Cont. Timon and Pumba try to cheer scar up but it doesn't work he runs off
Mean while: the hyenas are ready for their attack am marching towards the pride lands.
Back in the pride lands Mufasa scolds Simba for
Mufasa: Simba wht wer u thinking bringing back that traitor back into our home
Simba : Father am sorry I didn't know
Mufasa: Simba... I almost lost u once I Can't handle that Again
(Just then in the clouds Mufasa and scar's Father appears
Mufasa : Father?!
MnS dad: Mufasa you have forgotten me
Mufasa: No how could
Mns dad: you have forgotten your own brother hence you have forgotten me. Your brother is not the Lion he was once My son part of being a good king is Learning when to forgive and let things go.( Disappears )
Mufasa now is ready to forgive Scar and tells Simba to go and get him . (Just then Zazu flies into report hyenas are approaching the pride lands.
Mufasa: Simba gather the Lionesses !!!!
Simba: yes Father
Mean while Scar is alone
Suddenly hia Father appears and tells him to forgive himself and Look unto the future and tells him abt the danger at the pride lands
Scar get TnP and rush to the rescue. Scar alongside Simba Scar and Mufasa with ofcourse the Lionesses ohh and TnP defeat the hyneas Scarvis welcomed back into the pride and everyone live happpyly ever after
